New York - Niagara Falls
1 night's accommodation at Radisson Hotel Falls View The main attraction at Niagara Falls is its spectacular waterfall. See the power of 6 million cubic feet of water gushing over the crest every minute. There are 2 major sections of waterfall to explore, the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side of the border, and the American Falls back in the USA. You can see the powerful falls from many different angles; boat, helicopter, even from the top of the Skylon Tower, which hovers 775ft above the Niagara Gorge. But that's not all Niagara is about. Over the years, it has evolved from a strategic military post to a world-class, year-round holiday destination. Attractions include Casino Niagara with 123 gaming tables and 3,000 slot machines. Dinner shows are also popular and particularly recommended is Oh Canada Eh? - an award-winning musical that celebrates the homeland. Another sightseeing must is the IMAX Theatre - bringing reality to life with ground-breaking photographic techniques and state-of-the-art technology. Canada One Factory Outlets are a must for shopaholics.
Niagara Falls - Corning, Finger Lakes
1 night's accommodation at Best Western Lodge on the Green After a full morning exploring the spectacular power of Niagara Falls, riding the Maid of the Mist boat into the waterfall's powerful spray (warning, you'll get soaked!), wander along Table Rock for some great photo opportunities, then set off for the picturesque Finger Lakes region of New York where you can see gorgeous glacier lakes and enjoy great local wines.
Corning - Gettysburg - Washington DC

Then there's time to stop at historic Gettysburg, where a key battle in the US Civil War took place, as well as the famous Gettysburg Address by president Abraham Lincoln. After this interesting history lesson, continue down to America's seat of power and the nation's capital, Washington DC. There's an optional evening city tour, or you can just relax and enjoy a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants in hip areas such as Georgetown or Adam's Morgan. Next day, explore some of this city's world-famous landmarks on a special excursion. These include 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, that's the White House to you and me, the majestic US Capitol building, the FBI Building (don't do anything naughty here!), the Arlington National Cemetery, where JFK is buried, and other famous monuments. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring the Smithsonian Institution, a collection of FREE museums covering everything from art to space exploration. Aside from culture, there's great shopping at Union Station, a living and working museum that boasts over 130 unique shops and restaurants.
