treated to the ultimate in personalised attention. Trained by the Guild of Professional
English Butlers, the Sandals and Beaches butlers take pride in knowing guests'
preferences prior to their arrival at the resort. They will attend to guests'
every need including private in-suite check-in, unpacking and packing of clothing,
providing specialised services such as preparing a bath scented with rose petals
or even arranging in-suite gourmet dining on their private terrace. Upgraded
suites with butler service are marked on the individual resort pages.

After making a Butler category booking at a Sandals or Beaches resort, visit

the 'Personalise Butler Service' link and register your booking. Once registered,
you can return to the site and logon to your own personal page.
Here you will find a short series of options that will guide your butler in
preparing your suite to perfection! From personal likes and dislikes, dietary
requirements, allergies or other healthcare preferences, Sandals will take special
care to meet your needs. Also if you are celebrating a special occasion whilst
on holiday, your butler will help to arrange an extra special evening for you!

Cashless System
All Sandals and Beaches Resorts operate a 'No Cash Policy' whereby all optional
services from the resort outlets will be purchased by signing all charges to
the room folio. All guests will be asked to tender a credit card to activate
their room folio upon check in.
- Upon arrival all guests will be asked for their credit card to activate
their room folio.
- Cash will NOT be accepted at any of Sandals' revenue outlets (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- In the event that a credit card is unavailable, a cash deposit needs to
be left at the Front Desk/Concierge in order to activate the room folio
- Travellers Cheques will be treated just like cash and therefore can only
be used at the front desk
- The Sandals and Beaches Membership Card issued on arrival will be the I.D
Required for transactions at all Sandals outlets
- There will be no spending limit for the use of a credit card in a revenue
outlet
Superb Accommodation
There's no such thing as a 'standard' room at Sandals and Beaches resorts
- the basic room category is Deluxe and these are beautifully furnished rooms,
comfortably equipped with all the facilities you'd expect - although do note
that few Deluxe Rooms have balconies. If you want to make your holiday extra
special there are a great range of upgraded room types available. So, if you'd
like a balcony or terrace to sit out on and watch the sun go down, a dazzling
view of the ocean, a romantic 4-poster bed, your own private plunge pool or
even the best room in the house, you'll find a wide selection of beautiful rooms
at each resort. In fact, we don't have space to include every single variation

Concierge Service
