- Make sure you take light, comfortable clothing for the day. If venturing up hills a warm fleece is recommended.
- Be sure to visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress and the many temples in Kandy
- Meet the elephants in the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage – well worth a visit!
