Travel through the historic Rocks area then under the Harbour Bridge for a photo stop at Mrs Macquarie's Chair, with superb views of the harbour and city skyline. Travel past historic and trendy Paddington and the Royal Australian Naval Base at Garden Island. Visit Bondi Beach and see stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Heads from The Gap. Pass through the exclusive suburbs of Double Bay and Vaucluse and Sydney's hot spot Kings Cross.

Morning 10.00am - 12.20pm
Afternoon 2.15pm-4.35pm.
Make your way to Circular Quay to board your Captain Cook vessel. The cruise shows you the best of Sydney Harbour and includes snacks, tea, coffee and a full comprehensive commentary. Pass the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and Fort Denison, before cruising the magnificent upper reaches of Middle Harbour, where palatial waterfront homes, parks, beaches and marinas show Sydney life at its best.

Full day 8.30am - 7.00pm
Cross Sydney Harbour Bridge and head north over the Hawkesbury River. Stop at an Australian wildlife park to see many native Australian animals, including Eric, a 4.7m saltwater crocodile! Continue around the town of Newcastle to Port Stephens and board your luxury cruiser. After a buffet lunch, cruise around the permanent home of 80 bottlenose dolphins. In the summer, you can ride the boom net that is pulled behind the boat. Tour Nelson Bay, before returning to Sydney.

Morning or afternoon 3 hours 30 min
Climb the world-famous Sydney Harbour Bridge to the top - 134m above sea level! Climbs are accompanied by a fully trained leader, and after a briefing and safety demonstration, you will be provided with a bridge suit, communications equipment and a bridge harness linked to a static line. Each climber receives a FREE photograph of their climb group and a certificate. Children under 10 years are not permitted. Children 10-16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Evening 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Make your way to Circular Quay to board the elegant 'MV Sydney 2000' Captain Cook vessel. Enjoy canapés on arrival, followed by a premium 2-course à la carte dinner, including wine and beer. The menu features Australia's finest fresh seafood, tender prime meats, and market fresh fruit and vegetables. Panoramic viewing windows on every deck present the harbour like a picture postcard, whilst each deck has a covered outdoor area, plus access to the 360-degree open Star Deck.

Full day 8.30am - 6.45pm
Cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge and travel north over the Hawkesbury River, visiting Wollombi and the Old Tavern. Enjoy morning tea with scones, jam and cream, before continuing to Lindemans® Winery for a private wine tasting and cheese platter. On arrival at Hunter Resort, join a walking tour of the winery and complete a wine appreciation course at the Wine School. After lunch, an opportunity to visit the Bluetongue Brewery, before continuing through the Hunter region, passing many famous wineries.

Morning 8.30am - 2.00pm
Tour the highlights of Sudney, then cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge. See spectacular panoramic views from Milsons Point, Seaforth Lookout and Arabanoo Lookout, then tour through the northern beaches of Freshwater bay ad Curl Curl. Stop at the resort of Bondi, noted for its famous surf beach. Time at leisure in Bondi to browse the shops or relax on the beach, then head back to Sydney's Circular Quay for your Magistic Harbour luncheon cruise.

Cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge and journey via the historic township of Windsor to the Blue Mountains. Stop at Bilpin Fruit Bowl for morning tea (extra cost), then stop at Govetts Leap for view of the Grose Valley. Take a ride on the Scenic Railway or Cableway (extra cost), then travel to Echo Point to view the Three Sisters rock formation. Travel through the township of Leura, visit an Australian wildlife park, then travel past Homebush Bay, the 2000 Olympic Games site.

Mon-Fri 4-5 hours
Make your way to Bondi from Sydney and enjoy a day at world-famous Bondi Beach. Spend time doing what the locals do with your own friendly Bondi guide. Enjoy a relaxed, interactive tour inside Australia's oldest surf lifestyle club, learning about surf and beach culture, and Bondi's surprising traditions and history. Then... let's go surfing! Hit the waves with your Bondi surf instructor for a 2 hour surfing lesson, then enjoy a beachfront gourmet seafood lunch platter at Nick's.

Afternoon approx 1.45am-7.30pm
Enjoy an unforgettable Matilda commentary cruise with buffet lunch on Sydney Harbour. Then take and afternoon city tour around Sydney and its northern beaches, including the famous Manly Beach. A sumptuous buffet dinner awaits at the Sydney Tower at 6.00pm, a revolving restaurant 250m above ground with panoramic sights of the city, Sydney Harbour, Botany Bay and views towards the blue Mountains. your tour ends here, allowing you to return to your hotel at leisure.
