Where is it?
Overlooking the beautiful Sabie River in the Sabi Sand Reserve, part of the Kruger National Park conservancy area. Transfer time from Kruger Mpumalanga airport: 2 hours. Or fly direct into the lodge from Johannesburg airport.

River Lodge: 18 luxurious thatched bedrooms with wooden viewing deck to relax on and watch the world go by, air-conditioning, telephone, mini-bar, safe, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor and indoor shower. Luxury Rooms with panoramic windows offering fantastic views across the savannah. Superior Luxury Rooms are larger and closer to the river bed.

Ivory Lodge: 6 ultra-luxurious thatched bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, Internet, telephone, mini-bar, safe, outdoor and indoor shower, free-standing bath and private lounge with fireplace. Private plunge pool.

3 nights applies 23/12-04/01 each year.

Children over 10 are welcome at both Lion Sands River Lodge and Lion Sands Ivory Lodge.
All Inclusive
3 meals, 2 game drives per day with an optional bush walk, teas/coffees, game drive refreshments and snacks, local beverages, spirits and wines (excluding premium/imported brands, Champagne and minibar).
