Grand Palace
Morning, 8.00am-12.30pm
Visit the beautiful Grand Palace, including Wat Phra Kaew and the famous Emerald Buddha. Also tour a local lapidary factory and showroom.
Rice Barge Cruise
Afternoon, 1.30pm-5.30pm
A longtail boat will take you down the Thonburi canals, the you will join the converted rice barge Wan Fah for a river cruise.
River Kwai
Full day, 6.30am-5.30pm
Explore River Kwai, including the bridge, allied war cemeteries and a 1-hour train ride on the death railway.
Thai Dinner and Classical Dance
Evening, 6.45pm-10.30pm
Enjoy a Thai dinner of 4-5 dishes and watch a beautiful and graceful display of Thai classical dancing.
City and Temples
Morning, 8.30am-12.30pm
Visit 3 of Bangkok's most famous temples: Wat Traimit with its solid gold Buddha, Wat Po with the huge reclining Buddha and Wat Benjamaphorphit (marble temple).
Thai Country Life and Country
Full day, 7.30am-4.00pm
Drive to Nakorn Pathom Province, stop at Orchid Garden, then take a boat to Baan Lumpraya village.
Puppet Theatre and Bazaar
Evening, 6.00pm-9.00pm
Visit the Joe Louis Puppet Theatre for a traditional puppet performance. Before the show starts, view the Puppet Gallery and exhibition of Thai masks.
Chatuchak Weekend Market
Morning (Sat and Sun), 4 hours
The Chatuchak weekend market is the place to head for shopping in Bangkok.
