Costs - Information

This Website Offers Holidays...

Booked with departure dates between 01 January 2008 and 31 December 2008. Your holiday must be completed by the 14 January 2009. Holidays that extend beyond that date will require a special quotation.

Website Prices

The number of rooms and flight seats available may be capacity controlled. The prices shown on this website are therefore subject to availability.

Booking Procedure

When we recieve your reservation and deposit we will send you an invoice showing the details of your holiday and charges and enclosing a summary of your insurance policy (if you have taken ours). After we have received payment of the balance and approximately 14 days before departure, air tickets, travel information, joining instructions, luggage labels and service vouchers will be sent to you or your travel agent. Bookings made 8 weeks or less to the departure date must be paid for at time of booking the reservation. Where accommodation or flights are subject to request, full payment must be made and we endeavour to have an answer within 48 hours of the request being received. Payments made to Virgin Holidays by credit card will incur a charge of 1.5% on the total value of your holiday.

Price Accuracy

We take great care in checking all our prices. Should any error have arisen we will advise you before you receive your first invoice. You then have the option of accepting the new price or not (it may be lower!)

Virgin's unpackaged costing policy

We pride ourselves on our flexibility. Therefore, you can mix 'n' match hotels contained on this website to make up your own combinations. Travel agents can use the multi-centre search on Viewdata or call our Telesales team for an individual costing. Our policy is to base the price on the first hotel in the itinerary, unless the first hotel is less than a 7-night duration, then we would base the cost on a flydrive. You must then add to ALL unpackaged costings the extra night hotel rates, single supplements, peak season supplements, internal flights, car hire, transfers, etc as applicable. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Your holiday price includes...

Return Economy Class air travel by scheduled flight, UK departure tax and US departure tax and any fuel surcharges (these are correct at time of wesbite publication and are subject to change). Onward economy air connections where applicable.
Services of Virgin Holidays' representatives at Gatwick, Manchester and Heathrow airports. Services of Virgin Holidays' representatives or agents at most resorts and destinations. Accommodation as booked. Meals and services as stated on your confirmation invoice.

Your Holiday Price Does Not Include

Insurance. Any items, extras or services of a personal nature. Food and drink (unless applicable and specified). Airport taxes and charges at FOREIGN Airports (EXCEPT USA) which are imposed. Fuel surcharge (this will only be added at the time of booking).

Important Note About Cost Calculations

The prices applicable to all Holidays including supplements and any extra charges are contained within this website. Package Prices are per person. Our Telesales Staff will be happy to assist with calculations of costs. The price shown on the Confirmation Invoice/Statement is Final. All flight times and routings quoted are subject to change without notice.
