Please note that we do NOT refund unused services. Any voluntary changes made by you while on holiday will incur additional charges.
Pricing Conditions
Prices are per person based on a minimum of 2 adults (unless where stated)
sharing a room. Prices include car hire or transfers (see individual hotel price
panel).
Infants
(0-1 years) pay a flat price of £99. Please note that they share a flight
seat with parent/guardian. You may request a SkyCot at the time of booking (for
those under 12mths) - limited availability. Should your infant celebrate their
2nd birthday whilst on holiday, a combined infant and child price will apply.
Infants are not provided with any meals on the aircraft or in hotels. A small
charge may apply locally for a cot.
Child Prices
Applicable for 2-11 years (unless otherwise highlighted) when sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults.
Child Prices are for length of stay unless otherwise stated. Child extra night prices are per child per night.
Teen Prices
Applicable in selected destinations (12-18 years) when sharing a room with
a minimum of 2 adults. Teen prices are for length of stay unless otherwise stated
(any additional charges are listed within hotel price text).
3rd/4th Adult Sharing
These discounts (where quoted) are quoted either per adult per night or shown
as fixed discounts for the duration of stay. Valid for 3rd and 4th adults only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
Extra Night Prices
Allow you the flexibility to create your own holiday. Prices are quoted per person
per night and DO NOT include transfers. The extra night prices are not valid for accommodation-only bookings.
Single Supplements
Prices are quoted per person per night. Single supplements shown for tours are per person per tour. In the case of tailor-made holidays, the extra night prices are based on 2 adults sharing a room and should therefore be doubled if the room is occupied by only 1 person.
Meal/Gala Supplements
Where stated, are per person per night.
Convention Supplements
As Dubai is a popular convention destination, supplements may apply to prices shown. Hotels hosting events may supplement their rates during these periods. You will be advised of any supplements at the time of booking.
Peak Season Supplements/Room Upgrades
Where stated, are per room per night. Child and teen peak season supplements, where stated, are per person per night.
Flydrive Prices
Prices are per person, based on 2 people sharing and include a weeks' car hire. A single supplement applies.
Cruises
Cruise programmes are quoted per person based on 2 adults sharing a cabin.
Twin/Multi Centres
Prices quoted are per person based on 2 adults sharing a room (any additional
conditions/charges are listed within individual price panels).
Free Nights
Have not been costed into the holiday price. If you book a holiday which offers
free nights, then these will be deducted from the holiday price at time of booking.
Some free night offers are subject to compulsory meal charges during these nights
(see the Virgin bonus box for that hotel). To qualify for a free night offer
your stay must be taken and completed within the dates stated. Please note that
free nights will be calculated using either the 5-, 6- or 7-night duration package
prices shown in the price panels.
Price Match Guarantee
At Virgin Holidays we're dedicated to providing the best value-for-money holidays.
We constantly monitor our prices and those of other tour operators to ensure
that our prices are the best available. If, within 14 days of booking your holiday
with us, you can supply a copy of a brochure, or a written quote from any other
ABTA Tour Operator holding an ATOL licence, offering an identical holiday which
is available for the same dates at a lower price than you have paid us, we will
either match the lower price, or offer you a full refund of all monies paid
and cancel your reservation, subject to the following conditions:
- The holiday must be for the same number of people, to the same destination,
accommodation, room type and board basis.
It must be for the same departure date and duration, and feature the same flights
and airline as those offered by us. If car hire is included in the package,
the car size must be the same.
This guarantee applies to brochure packages only. It excludes special offers,
FREE child places, flydrives, late availability offers (within 12 weeks of departure),
specific Travel Agent offers, group booking discounts, FREE add-ons, insurance
premiums and credit card surcharges.
If you are able to find exactly the same holiday at a lower price, please supply proof of the other holiday and its availability
within 14 days of confirming your holiday with us.
