Excellent position in The Gap with many bars and restaurants within a gentle stroll. Staff all very pleasant and friendly. Mary, Sharon and Camille to mention a few but cannot remember all their names. Rooms are quite basic but kept clean and the beds big and comfortable. Breakfasts and lunches were always good and served fairly promptly. Happy hours good but more selection would be nicer. We have always been on the Ocean side although the poolside of the hotel offers a nice serene area to completely relax around the pool. Shame no bar there however. For the money and how much time you actually spend in your room this is very good value. The hotel is beginning to look a bit jaded however in places but nothing that a bit of regular maintenance couldn't address. Would not stop us from returning at all in the future. Read less

The room was huge with a separate bedroom as well as the large studio. Bathroom was big wit a great shower and lots of hot water. The bed was very comfortable The pool was never too busy, despite it being high season. The only time it was busy was one of our weekends there were a lot of day pass people arrived. They took over the whole pool. Screaming kids and jerk chicken smells. This was not relaxing. We had a word with Renee, the manager and she didn't seem that bothered, BUT, the following week there were no day pass people. So maybe something was said. When it was overrun, there was always the beach. The beach is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. I was a bit surprised you needed to pay for an umbrella though. Only BDS$10 so no biggy. I would come back to Infinity. It is a small friend hotel. The reception staff and the security guys get to know you as well. Read less

When we first arrived we were a little disappointed with the look of the hotel building having previously stayed at newer build or more expensive hotels. However after stepping foot on the beautiful beach just yards from our room we realised that this shabby chic inexpensive hotel was all about location. Not only are you on a wonderful stretch of beach but you have a great choice of bars, cafes & restaurants just a short walk away. These suit a variety of pockets as there are higher end restaurants and beach bar/cafes to choose from. We had a large one bedroomed ocean view unit with a spacious lounge area with microwave, fridge and kettle and a large bedroom with wardrobe/dressing area and bathroom with shower. Air con in both rooms was quiet and effective. A lack of coat hangers was rectified by speaking to the lovely manager. Breakfast was very good, with the option to purchase breakfast items individually. Lunches were excellent; we particularly enjoyed the BLT’s. Restaurant staff were really helpful, especially Mary who is just one of nicest friendliest people you could ever meet. The beach is beautiful and Shane will set up a parasol for you as the sun can be very strong, there is a small charge for this but we were aware of it. The bar is steps away from the sun loungers so we could enjoy ice cold beers on the beach. There are two ‘happy hours’ each day and live music s few times a week. The ladies on reception were always very helpful with booking taxis for us and giving general advice about the area. Also Donna in house-keeping was really good keeping us topped up with teabags and shower gel etc. If you exit the hotel and turn right about 100 yards up on the left there is a handy little supermarket where you can purchase drinks for your room, also a little cafe ‘The Cake Lady’ where you can buy sandwiches, snacks and cakes to take away if you fancy a little picnic on the beach or in your room. This is the first time we have stayed in The Gap, although we have visited Barbados many many times. We enjoyed our stay at Infinity so much that we have booked again for two weeks arriving at the end of January next year. Read less
