I have been to the.enclave about 8 times and decided to visit Florida again this year so as always I booked the enclave as it jas always been good. This year I can honestly say I was disappointed... Read more . The quality of my room was awful the double bedroom out of the 2 bed suite was tiny could hardly walk around the.bed as it was so far up near the window. The switches for lights didn't correspond to lights!!!! The paintwork in the bathroom was mouldy and in places there where huge hole where you could see years of layered paint. On the last day we noticed that the shower had leaked into the wardrobe and had soaked the carpet!!!!! Hot water was sporadic!!! Windows where dirty inside and out!!!! The lobby of building 2 looked dirty and very out dated. The staff however where very friendly but the wifi although free it was awful to.use. breakfast well what a circus!!! On previous stays those having the continental breakfast took it away in a box. This year this was not the case whether it was continental or hot breakfast everyone had it together in the small Pizza hut restaurant. It was a fight to find a table a que for toast, drinks, food etc. It was very stressful. Probably won't stay here again although the location was good and the bed was comfy. Too much stress for my liking. Read less

We had read the reviews on here before travelling and we were a bit worried, but there was no need. We had a two bedroom suite which was more than big enough for myself, my husband and two teenagers... Read more . The place is a little dated and not the cleanest but Is acceptable, I am quite particular about cleanliness, I took some of my own bedding because I couldn't stand the thought of sleeping on dirty sheets (I read that the sheets were stained) but I didn't need them, the beds are comfy too. you can put the card on the door everyday to have your room cleaned and fresh towels left if you want. The breakfast is ok and we upgraded to the hot buffet on a few occasions although it can get a bit hectic unless you are there early. The kids loved the pools and took advantage of them being quieter at night. The location is fantastic for the attractions and there are plenty of shops and places to eat on international drive. We hired a car so didn't use the I trolley or the bus service. All staff were very friendly and helpful and constantly asking if we were ok and if we needed anything. On the whole we all think the enclave suites was ideal, good value for money and in the best location. The hotel is three star so people who are complaining on here that it isn't up to standard really need to check the star rating. You get what you pay for and you are in Orlando!!!! You are not spending a lot of your time in the room. The hotel is more than acceptable and we would definitely stay again. Read less

Top value for a family holiday, very friendly and helpful staff, but not very high quality. Second and last time I have used a Virgin hotel on long haul.. Virgin flight and car hire tops but... Read more surprised at their choice of hotels. If you want good value family accommodation fine but very basic. (It was our ruby anniversary!.) Different rep every day! Read less

We recently stayed here for the second part of our holiday after spending the first part at Disney, and obviously found a completely different type of accommodation.Firstly the good stuff, the staff... Read more were very helpful, the children loved the pools which were clean and safe and the location was spot on,loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was good and the shop was well stocked. Now the not so good stuff, the hotel is pretty dated and shabby, apparently we had a refurbished room but if that was refurbished then I would hate to see the old rooms. The two bedroom suite we had was interesting to say the least, there were plenty of light switches but no lights, wonky pictures with old tags on them, holes in the curtains and bed covers and an AC unit that was noisier than our 747 that brought us to Orlando. The lack of lights really was awful late at night when trying to read anything, the lamps were just not enough, why was there no ceiling lights? We weren't in the rooms an awful lot so didn't feel the need to complain but the hotel does need money spent on it as there are a lot better hotels on International drive. Read less

This hotel is located in the middle of international drive. A perfect location for going to Universal and Wet n Wild parks nearby. Wet n Wild is only a 10 min walk away and there's a bus stop right... Read more outside the hotel. Hotel was basic itself. The rooms were a little dated but we didn't mind as we were using the hotel as a base. The pool area wasn't great. The pizza hut in the hotel was very expensive and not very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. Would stay here again. Read less
