I have an upcoming reservation and it’s already not off to a good start. It’s disappointing when you work at a hotel and ensure that you and your team are constantly going above and beyond and accommodating guest needs, and then not receiving that same service when traveling. Maybe I am biased because I know what the standards, values, and expectations of a hotel should be, however, it doesn’t take away from the fact that it doesn’t matter how beautiful a property is, it’s the service that makes all the difference. I hope when I arrive I don’t have the same disappointment, but I am unfortunately going in with a bad taste in my mouth. Chris from the front was kind, the supervisor he transferred me to was not accommodating nor helpful. She has to power to make decisions, yet chooses to make what is already a long trip, inconvenient for her guests. She sadly failed to recognize that not every situation is black and white. She would’ve known that if she tried to get to know her guests. This is not just a service industry, this is hospitality. I hope to be able to remove this post if I see a change in service provided moving forward. Read less

Domenic is the best!! He was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The drinks were great. They made sure I had the best spot on the beach and continually checked in on me. Can't say enough good things. Very personable and made me feel right at home.

I traveled here for a business trip for a few days. The hotel is right on the water, so it was a short walk to the beach. When we were done with meetings at the end of the week, we had an amazing day at the beach thanks to Ace and Jay, who took such great care of us!

Came to Fontaine Bleau for a business trip and spent a great afternoon at the beach. Ace and Jay took excellent care of us - moved chairs, arranged umbrellas, served drinks. Can’t wait to come back again and enjoy more time in the Miami sunshine!
