Standard View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Gulf View Rooms feature a private balcony with views of the coastline, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Gulf Front Junior Suites offer direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a deluxe bathroom featuring a a step-in shower and separate Roman-style tub. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and a double sleeper sofa sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Sandpearl Resort is the gem of Clearwater Beach! The grounds are gorgeous not to mention the private beach. The staff is well seasoned and professional. Despite the bell stand being completely slammed, Manny was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us so we could access our suits and take advantage of the gorgeous beach while our room was being prepared. Lily at the front desk was helpful and professional assisting us with late check out and offering waters upon our departure. All of this combined with Valentina’s warm welcome with a glass of champagne (at check out too!) sets Sandpearl apart from any other property around. Read less

We had a wonderful family weekend here at Sandpearl. Resort is beautiful and clean, close to beach and restaurants.

Fab dinner: What does one do when tired of beach bar food? Make a reservation HERE! Surf & turf sushi…wow! Great views, food choices, (Devin’s suggestion & service was spot on!) —-and all while the sun was setting over the bay—-Highly recommend for the entire family !

It really makes you feel like you belong Every single person that works here is very kind and wonderful. You can’t ask for anything at the pool because you just get it right away and they’re very quick and the food is deliciou no matter where you eat on the property all of the food without exception is top-notch and delicious. The servers are so accommodating and friendly and quick The Nespresso coffee maker in the room id wonderful. We had a a room with a partial Gulf view, which was a partial view. There were very nice The chairs out there are very nice. They’re small but they’re nice rockers so it’s nice to sit there and rock in the chair wonderful. It’s a very big resort. It might take you a day to get your bearings, but it is just perfection. You cannot get lost at the resort because it is so highly staffed that if somebody sees you looking quizzical at any time they offer help and they will take you to the place that you’re trying to go to. The staff overall is just unbelievable, caring and friendly The gym is out of this world, I didn’t use this spot so I can’t comment on the activities but I did see inside the spot and it is beautiful very professional The player piano in the lobby is such a nice touch. You must see it. We have already booked our next vacation at the San Pearl. You’ll know why because if you come once you’ll definitely want to come again and again. We were very disappointed with very unfair and deceptive charges that were added to our bill after we left. As part of our package we were given a $200 Spa Credit. After we left we were told there was a $200 additional room charge as part of the package we booked - as this charge was clearly not part of the detailed confirmation email we received when we booked our room. When I asked management to show me exactly were this charge was specified at the time we booked the room, they sent an email (with the current date - not the date we booked the room) showing the charge as an "Add-On" - which is exactly what they called the Spa-Credit - an Add-On. It was never shown as an additional charge to the room. So they gave us a $200 Spa Credit and added a $200 room charge. I asked the assistant to please have a manager call me back - but they never did call back. Just disgraceful. Read less
