TripAdvisor Traveller Rating:
My family & I stayed 3 nites at this hotel. This is our 2nd time there and found everything to be clean and neat. The rooms are hugh and has a refrigerator and coffee maker with a replacement of... Read more coffee each day. The hotel provides transportation to the Disney parks, so that saves the hassel of driving there. It's a short walk to DOWNTOWN DISNEY area. It has a marketplace in hotel for food. The restaurants are on the high side and we did not eat there. It is a great location to venture out to other attractions and restaurants. Read less
Unfortunately, our family is NOT able to recommend this hotel because of a major mistake made from the start. We were given the keys to a room that was occupied!! We barged in, luggage and loud... Read more toddlers in tow, on a poor woman in her nightdress. She didn't speak English and was mortified. My son who has autism, didn't understand what was happening and had a complete meltdown in the hallway. Not sure how the system and employees could go through the entire check-in process without noticing something was wrong. The hotel did try to make up for their mistake, but honestly their efforts fell short. They "upgraded" our room to a higher floor, but the room amenities were the same. They also covered a single day's valet charge but when we got the bill it was there anyway and we had to get it fixed. We were just disappointed with the hotels lackadaisical efforts to correct such a huge error. Read less
Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and loved the location to Downtown a Disney, the theme parks and proximity to family restaurants. Room was very spacious and amenities in room were adequate though... Read more not fanciful. We had 2 queen sized beds and there was still space for our luggages, a plus point was that we could check in much earlier at about 1200h rather than the usual afternoon check in timing although I was told that it was because the hotel was not fully occupied. Resort fee included self parking charges, unlike some other Disney resorts. Read less
We had a very positive experience here. So many hotels in the area were way out of our price range and when I booked the hotel I didn't have very high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised... Read more when we arrived. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I told the front desk attendant that we were there for my husband's birthday and he put us in great room with a beautiful view overlooking Disney. The walk-out balcony with chairs and a table was perfect. The only down side was the food. We paid $20 for the breakfast buffet and were very disappointed by the food and even more so by the service. We will definitely return to the hotel but we will pass on the restaurants next time. Read less
