496 apartments, from 8-15 floors, in 5 buildings all with lifts. 2-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 6 adults with a king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. All apartments have a balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 42" TV screen and TV's in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle; a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, safe, iron and board, en-suite facilities in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a 2nd bathroom and hairdryer.

3-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 adults with king-size beds in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom with a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

The plumbing in the bathroom(s) is not working properly The view for fireworks was nice Simply misuse such as the remote for the tv in the living room, it was not explained to use the one from the bedroom We had a pool day and the bartenders were trying to charge us 1.80 for water (tab water) I confronted them and called the desk and left a message for the manager in which he never got back to me. There are signs prior to entering the pool area that no food or drinks are allowed. My daughter is actively dying and she needed to take her medication. The bartender did eventually say it was ok for us to bring our water bottles. Prior to the last 2 nights we stayed at another condo at the same location and had no issues. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfy and the chairs in the lounge were also comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the balcony was safe. We eventually moved to a larger apartment which again, was clean and well maintained. However, during my final three nights there the was a loud, constant banging during the night that was coming from the room next door. Something about a system being bled and that was what was causing the banging? Either way, I barely slept for those three nights. I felt zombie-ish by the time we left. Another shenanigan occurred during the week and most of the lifts were out of order in our building. Myself and other guests found this quite amusing as we were all cramming into the one functioning lift and stopping on most of the floors as we went up/down. The others were up and running again by the end of the day. The only other two areas I visited on site were the convenience store and the pool. The store is small but well-stocked. We were able to buy breakfast items and snacks for the first few days we were there before getting to Walmart. I never went in the pool but it's warm, spacious, and has a bar where drinks and food will be served. I napped next to it on our final day and was comfy enough on the chairs. The hotel itself is a 15-20 minute drive to Disney depending on which park you go to. Animal Kingdom was the furthest away. There is a Walmart and a Wendy's 10 minutes walk from the site. There's also a small shopping area with some Disney outlets and other stores. Read less

While you can tell the resort is an older resort, our room was clean, the resturant was on site served big portions, the pools were clearn, and the minimarket on site makes it convenient for snacks or if you left something behind. I shopped around for awhile to try to find something that could compair. While it was just my husband and I it was a better deal for us to book a 2 bedroom with this resort than an standard hotel room any where else. We will be back for sure. Read less

The master bedroom looked amazing. The entire suite was very comfortable and family friendly. The staff were very helpful. The best part was the pool experience and the convenience for the guests to walk to the convenience stores and the factory stores.
