Good location and close to a lot of attractions. I was there on business and everything was average. The hotel seemed a little bit worn down (I understand that something was renovated?), the front... Read more desk staff wasn't extraordinary (I had to wait to check in as no one was at the reception when I got there around 1am) and the cleaning in the bathroom wasn't as good either. Definitely a decent stay but not an extraordinary one; I would not chose the hotel the 2nd time. Read less

First thing to say is that this is not a family hotel it is more of a convention centre. there is no entertainment on a evening what so ever . when we checked in they were supprised we had gone for... Read more two weeks on Thomas Cook recommendation. all other guests check in and out on a 3 day basis. the reception area was very intimidating to walk through due to the amount of people waiting for there meetings. Next thing to say is that it isnt in the centre of all the parks magic kingdom 30 mins drive away and universal studios 15 mins drive. they do put a free bus service on but the times arnt suitable for the parks times so we had to get taxi's which cost 30 to 40 dollars a time which turned out very expencive. Next the rooms were dismal very dark we had to use the lamps though the day because of the darkness very depressing. on the last two day we were awakend by the loud shouting and horns papping till the early hours. had to get security out on the last night. we reported it to the reception but not alot of response. when we check out we had to wait two hours for our transfers in there lobby and for all the trouble we had had they could have offered to give us a coffee but no. I would not recommend this hotel to any family there is nothing to do at all. Food is very minimal excpencive so we ate a the village inn across the road which was nice and not too excpencive. so the overall experience we had was shocking and could waite to get home. So no would not recommend this at all Read less

Read more rooms are big and lovely condition. The restaurant has a wide choice of food at a good price and opens till 11pm which is really helpful as we had a late flight in. The pools are clean and tidy and there is a bar by one for drinks. The location is great as it is by a stop for the local I ride service which takes you up and down international drive. The hotel also does a free service to get to the main theme parks. Great experience here and would stay again if in Orlando. Would recommend to anyone. Read less
