164 Standard Rooms, 92 Superior Ground Floor Rooms and 2 Suites. All with balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, high-speed Internet connection*, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe, iron and board (on request) and hairdryer. Standard Rooms are located in the Manor House or on the 1st floor of the villa with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Superior Ground Floor Rooms have the same facilities as the Standard Room but with a larger bathroom and dressing area with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Standard Family Rooms have the same facilities as a Standard Room but comprise of 2 interconnecting rooms and sleep max 2 adults and 4 children.
Superior Ground Floor Family Rooms have the same facilities as a Superior Room but comprise of 2 interconnecting rooms and sleep max 2 adults and 4 children.
Villa Suites have a king-size bed and a separate living area with an interconnecting Superior Room with 2 double beds and direct access to the beach, sleeping max 5 adults or 2 adults and 4 children.

We stayed near the South " Quiet " Pool and with a first floor balcony overlooking the pool and the beach / sea all within grounds which are magnificently maintained The room we had( No.789) was large and had Room Service twice a day. Bathroom facilities were excellent and well maintained. At the beautiful beach, kayaks, pedalos ,paddle boards and glass bottom boat trips were provided at no extra charge. Throw in a beautiful sunset nearly every night - Fantastic ! Food breakfast /evening was always excellent. We also had additional attention paid to us on our Anniversary including champagne delivered to room and a special menu at Tides Restaurant. We went to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and enjoyed this truly 5star resort. Our one of the main reason of selecting sugar beach resort was that we could eat halal meat. Beside the weather... Read more , sandy beach, lots of water sports. Swimming with dolphins, walking with lions, black river gorge and water falls. Amazing island and very hospitable people. We will definitely Visit again this time with kids and they also have lots of facilities for kids. Fantastic holidays thoroughly enjoyed would recommend it very good value for money. I met the Manager of the resort Andrew and was very helpful and amusing person. The mountains around the hotel made the stay even more pleasant.
