TripAdvisor Traveller Rating:
To see what they had to offer was excellent. If you want to see all this go see Santose he can show all this for you. This is an all inclusive place. It is well worth my money. The rooms were great... Read more with a Jacuzzi tub and a balcony for the rooms. The food everywhere on site was great. The spas were amazing. They had excellent staff very helpful with everything. They can help you book excursions or get you a cab. The bus is out front of thier drive if you chose to use it. But the very best part was our favorite bartender Edgar. He could make everything. We just had him surprise us with different drinks. We had wanted dark beer and he went to find some in the back stock. The head of the bar staff brought it to our room for us to put into the stocked mini bar ( included into the cost of course) . We went snorkeling, and to the xplor. My son in law went scuba diving in the caves and said it was the best dive he had ever done. We will be going back. They go out of thier way to make everyone happy. Read less
I went to Hard Rock in cancun with my wife and with like the excellent sercive, the beach, food is incredible delicius for every taste, a high quality hotel. The only thing that we did not like was... Read more the entertaiment, not too that rock! So quite, is good for Family. I prefer the Hard Rock of Punta cana because the luxury is uffff, i like the disco and shows and the weather is not that humid like cancun. Overall i will recomended and definely i go back. Read less
In June, we took a family of 6 (with four small children) and traveled with a group of 15 to Hard Rock Cancun for a week. The service and food are as good as it gets at an all inclusive. We stayed... Read more in a 2 bedroom presidential suite, which had two nice bedrooms plus a large living room. The beach and pool are amazing with fantastic service throughout the resort. A special thank you to Virgilio and his team at the Market. By day two he knew the names of everyone in the group and had our table waiting when we arrived for breakfast every day with special drinks for the kids. To management, Virgilio deserves a raise! The kids (ages 1 to 7) had a great time and never got bored. In November, my wife and I went back without the kids for a long weekend, but booked a standard room without the VIP privileges. We received the exact same level of service as we did when we stayed in the presidential. When we arrived, we were upgraded to an ocean view concierge room, which was an unexpected surprise. Virgilio remembered us from the June trip and again treated us like royalty. They completed the New Mexican Restaurant and the Pizzeria, which were both upgrade from before. Cio is the most formal of the restaurants and is a full four course meal. Plan on two full hours for dinner there. Zen was great (the table menu is as good as the hibach), Ipanema is also very good, but make sure you try all the cuts of meat. My favorite cuts were ones I wouldn't have expected to like as well. The buffet is great for breakfast and lunch. My favorite food in the entire resort is the steak tacos from the grill at the buffet. The only complaint I would make is the loud doors and noise in the hallways at night. The doors shut very loudly (even when you try to be quiet) and it will wake you up a few times a night. Also a suggestion, put some salt on the shuffleboard tables. They are basically unplayable without it. Other than that, I can't think of anything else to complain about. We have been four times now and can't wait to go back. Last suggestion. I know it says "tips included" but a few bucks here and there go a long way in level of service. Read less
Was really impressed by our stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful - really seemed genuinely happy to be there. Especially Antonio (Swim up bar), Victor (ipanama), Beto (asian restaurant... Read more ). Everything was in good repair, and we had a lot of fun. The pool area was lively and really enjoyable, the staff is great at keeping things fun and interesting. I've never been fond of foam parties, but you can't miss their Wednesday foam party in the pool (it's only part of the pool so you can certainly stay away if you prefer). Really enjoyed each of the restaurants, and didn't get nickel and dimed for upcharges like you see sometimes at other resorts. Service was very good at each, and the food didn't disappoint. Only concern was that you could very easily hear your neighbors due to thin walls and a connecting door, but a white noise app on my phone eliminated that issue. Great fun, highly recommend! Read less
