TripAdvisor Traveller Rating:
What a beautiful hotel, just amazing and everything anyone could possibly want in a luxury setting. Checked in at 0230 and everything was just ready and waiting for us, it was a great check... Read more in. Breakfast in Kaleidoscope is fabulous, a massive choiceand nothing is too much trouble for anyone. How the staff cope with some people must take the patience of a saint, but they do just that. If you want a great buffet dinner then try Kaleidoscope again they have speciality evenings which are fabulous and cater for all allergies too. One particular member of staff in Kaleidoscope that was so very helpful to me was Wanderful, a patisserie chef, she ensured that I was always able to enjoy a sweet choice, because of egg allergy, I often have no choice but she was great, I really hope that she achieves her ambition and hope that the management at Atlantis recognise her excellent qualities and use her skills well. The pools are just magnificent, we especially liked the Royal Pool West and we were so well looked after by all the staff, especially Mahesh Mendis and George. Both of these gentlemen were so attentive and again nothing was a trouble, I mean a hotel that has a pool side sunglasses cleaning service really leaves nothing to ask for. Thankyou all. The room 16317 was just lovely and a beautiful Arabian Sea veiw stunning. The care of the room is excellent, and Stephen and Reymond the housekeepers were great, everything was immaculate and the beds so comfy and the special pillows excellent. There were many people who were so helpful and caring that I would like to thank the whole team. We spent 10 days this visit and the trip was fabulous. We love the mall service too what a great idea. The other restaurants were beautiful especially locatelli, and seafire were great. Thankyou to everybody and we will see you again soon. Read less
Stayed here for two nights in March 2015. We booked a Terrace Suite which came with Imperial club benefits n much more. If you don't mind paying extra, then i would highly recommend booking a suite... Read more as it comes with so many more benefits. Service was exceptional everywhere, starting from check in at Royal Majlis lounge to room service to pool areas n all restaurants. I visited 4 restaurants in 2 days n loved Nasimi beach restaurant. The service from staff there was exceptional as well. Also visited night club N'dulge, though expensive but the ambience n service did not disappoint at all. Breakfast selection was not very elaborative in imperial lounges, we still preferred to have breakfast in imperial lounge as Saffron n Kaleidoscope had long queues and atmosphere was quite loud. Royal pool was a delight and "Ananas (Pineapple) " cocktail from pool bar was not to be missed. Coming back to the room:- our suite had everything n everything required to make our stay comfortable. Got complimentary fruit basket n chocolates on arrival. Very spacious suite n very comfortable. Not too fancy but I prefer it this way rather than too fancy which can make things uncomfortable. I'd say that the decor was very 'chic' indeed. Only complaint is loud music being played on night of 20 March as there was some event happening. This was not mentioned to us at time of check in as I had disturbed sleep until 1AM, if i would have known about that event, i would have planned to attend the concert rather than tossing in the bed n getting bothered with loud music. We went there as a couple and don't mind kids running around... But just a tip:- avoid going there if you want a quiet place as this place is always very crowded especially with kids everywhere. And another tip:/ if you have kids, they are going to loveeeee this place. We visited lost chambers n Aquaventure water park as well and honestly did not need to step outside the resort throughout our stay. I could have easily stayed here for 2 more days without having to leave the resort but wanted to see Dubai as well as it was our first time in Dubai.... This was a long review but this place deserves every bit of it!!! Read less
