This being our 2nd stay at Atlantis we had high expectations and all were exceeded. From the fantastic room with the great view, to the clean cotton bed linen and towels every day, the whole hotel... Read more and grounds are superbly clean, and given how many people visit there on a daily basis on top of those staying it must be a cleaning nightmare. The food as usual was excellent, a special recommendation to the waffle place near to the lost chambers, give it a go, you won't be disappointed by it.... A re-visit to the Lost chambers to see the Albino baby Alligators was lovely, and I have to say they are rather cute, will be interesting to keep returning to follow their progress. A special mention to Arif in the 12th floor Imperial club lounge in the East Tower as he is the perfect waiter, always had the best table for us in the morning, always greeted us by name and brought our morning drinks over straight away, and the pancakes he would bring our daughter really made her smile..... thank you Arif. Just completed a three day stay at this hotel to attend a conference. Like a large "themed" resort hotel, it is crowded and noisy. In fact, not always easy to find a quiet corner within the hotel... Read more building. Though in keeping with the theme, the colour scheme and decor were loud...bordering on gaudy. On a Thursday night there was a beach party, and the noise in my room kept me up till 3am. Location wise, if one plans to remain at the hotel its fine, otherwise getting to heart of Dubai...Dubai Mall area...is about 40 minutes, costing about AED60. The room was large, with full wall window facing the sea. Service was good. Didn't try most of the several restaurants at the facility, but other than breakfast, didn't think it matched usual Dubai standard. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Read less

Read more - Atlantis has multiple places to eat, all of which are incredible. the underwater restaurant (Oceana?) was amazing. Saffron had an incredible choice ranging from sushi to Chinese to curry. Waterpark - hours of endless fun. the park is huge and safe for families etc. Rooms - we stayed on the Imperial floor and I can't explain how beautiful it was. the rooms are so spacious and they come with everything you could possibly need. room service was also delicious. the beds and pillows were seriously comfy. For myself this hotel is pretty pricey. however, it was the holiday of a lifetime and it was worth every penny. if you get the chance to go, you won't regret staying at Atlantis! Read less
