TripAdvisor Traveller Rating:
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed the variety of the leisure activities. Especially we liked the visit at the Dolphin Bay (swim with dolphins) and the impressive Aqua Parc. Our... Read more recommendation is to book an Imperial Club room, because you have a dedicated check-in and a special lounge you can visit for breakfast. Otherwise you have to wait in a long queue in front of the breakfast restaurants. Also you can enjoy this lounge the whole day for snacks, drinks and "Happy Hour". The staff in the hotel was very friendly and attentive. Especially we would highlight the kindness and service of Mr. Kumar from the 12th floor lounge and Ms. Jackie and Mr. Jayguard from the "The Shore" restaurant. For dinner we visited the Levantine restaurant and we loved the taste and variety of the food. Our waiter Mr. Mohammad helped to make this an unforgettable evening. We enjoyed also the Royal Pool, but in a five star hotel it should be usual to serve free drinking water at the pool. Read less
We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and wow we were not disappointed ! The hotel is stunning inside and out. All the staff are friendly, helpfull and cannot do... Read more enough for you. We stayed in a deluxe room which was massive with beautiful view over the pool area. We booked the half board option which enabled us to eat in 16 out of the 20 odd restaurants, we also upgraded to the imperial club which is well worth the money as we had breakfast in the imperial club lounge each day which was much quieter than the buffet restaurants, and also took full advantage of the happy hour drinks served for 2 hours each night. The pool area was immaculate and always more than enough sun beds and towels. If your looking for a luxiourious hotel then Atlantis is the place to go. We'll definately be back next year. Read less
Beautiful place! Love the private beach where people can play volleyball / football or even just relax. Aquaventure cannot be described. Excellent service as the staff is very warm and friendly... Read more ! Loved my trip there. Definitely shouldn't be missed if visiting Dubai. However, it is quite pricey. The food is too expensive (a medium size pizza for dhr 100). Rooms are clean and we'll maintained. Lovely stay as a whole with many unique opportunities ie swimming with dolphins, meeting sea lions etc. :) Read less
A fantastic, flawless holiday. This was a family holiday with 2 adults and 2 children in 2 Imperial club rooms. All members of staff were smiling and helpful. The hotel was super-clean. The water... Read more park is great. In our opinion the Imperial club lounge and benefits are worth it, the staff in the lounges were just excellent with nothing being too much trouble. Yes, this wasn't the cheapest holiday we have ever had and in relative terms things are expensive....but the value for money is positive in our opinion. The food at the buffets was great. Pools perfect with lots of life guards. A few things we learned; we bought a couple of bottles of wine at heathrow duty free before departure and took them with us for our room. We exchanged money when we arrived as the exchange rate (at the time) was more favourable. Bottled water is expensive to buy but Imperial rooms are well stocked....take advantage of this! The Emirates flyer card is easy to obtain and does get a useful discount although you need to present it at every opportunity, don't wait to be asked. We booked through Virgin but flew with Emirates by taking the option on different (unsociable?) flight times - good flights that saved us £600 on the original price quoted. Thank you for a perfect holiday....we will be back to see you again Atlantis !! Read less
