WEATHER HERE

Wow – the legend of Atlantis is coming to Arabia and it more than lives up to the myth! This lavish marine-themed resort combines luxury with a whole host of unique attractions that will keep you and the kids awe-struck from the first day of your holiday right through to the last. All rooms have been recently refurbished, ensuring comfort every step of the way. If you fancy stunning views of the sparkling sea, upgrade to an Ocean Deluxe Room, very spacious indeed, with bathrobes and slippers a very lovely touch. The Palm Beach Deluxe Room is also highly recommended, not only do they overlook the beach, you can marvel at views of Palm Island and the Dubai Skyline too, from your own private balcony of course! When you’re not drinking in your wonderful surrounds, wander through the passageways and tunnels of The Lost Chambers Aquarium, marvel at over 65,000 marine animals at the Ambassador Lagoon or splash about on thrill rides galore at Aquaventure Waterpark – completely free to Atlantis guests! The hotel of choice for the stars, recently the glamorous cast of Made in Chelsea filmed an episode here. You’ll feel like a star too as you settle in, being pampered at the ShuiQui Spa perhaps or donning your tracksuit for a stint at the state-of-the-art fitness centre. If you’ve kids with you, point them in the direction of the Atlantis Kids Club, with something exciting on the agenda every day, they’ll thank you for it! When it comes to drinks and eats, you’re spoilt for choice. Fancy a bit of a culinary treat? Head to Nobu, the first in the Middle East, for Japanese dishes with an American influence. If somewhere more casual appeals, kick-back at Kaleidoscope, very family-friendly with sumptuous buffet fare to entice even the pickiest of eaters. Come sundown, the N'Dulge Nightclub is adults only, chilling out under a desert sky on the terrace, a cocktail in hand of course!

Outstanding service...unbelievably clean (I even ran my finger accross furniture & not one speck of dust!)...all the staff are pleasant & will go out of their way for you. They treat you like royalty. My husband & I went scuba diving in the ambassador lagoon...cost us around £200 each...initially I thought its a bit pricey...but having done it it was worth every penny...an experience we will not forget! Our instructors Bruce & Rodel were superstars!! They most certainly have the best jobs in the hotel! I must recommend it. We will no doubt be returning next year! Read less

I am currently staying in this hotel and have been for the last 5 nights.I never write reviews and neither do I complain about a hotel. However, my experience in this hotel has been so bad that I... Read more feel compelled to write this review. This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in over the past 45 years. If you are looking for class and exclusivity this is not the place. However, come here if you want to stand in long queues, wait 1/2 an hour for a ride at the water park, wait 25 minutes to get a drink in the restaurants or around the pool, wait an hour and a half to be served dinner at Seafire (like I did tonight and left before the food even arrived), get kicked out of the pool at 7.30 in the morning because it is not open, get stung by jellyfish, get ordered to leave the pool for an hour because someone did a poo in the pool, get your room cleaned after 6pm, not get a sunbed around the pool because there are not enough of them, can't get a table or seat in the exclusive Imperial club because it is massively oversold. The list can go on and on. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. It sucks. Read less
