This wasn't my first time in this hotel, but every time when I come back, I get amazed how they can maintain their hospitality and customer service standards always on the top, staff and management are all very friendly and welcoming, there U won't feel that U hv left your home, bcz of their personal care towards each guest, everything is awesome, location rooms surroundings and the genersiouty and kindness of the staff and management is the secret of their success, no doubt this hotel is always on high occupancy. My family and I stayed for 2 nights over the Eid break and have to say we had an absolutely fantastic experience! Right from the arrival at the entrance lobby the butler welcomed us and took our bags only to be greeted at the check in with a warm and smiley receptionist who even though we were early to check in she was very accommodating and made sure we were given access to the pool and other facilities whilst they got the room cleaned (the hotel was full both the night before and that day). The pool was magnificent as were the food and beverage outlets form tatses to the all day dining and even the bar on the 20th floor with an epic view was equally met by the friendly staff of waiters, servers and chefs. Everywhere we went we were warmly greeted and well looked after especially regarding our allergens that 3 of us have in our family and the waitresses took great care in ensuring that these were taken care of. A special mention to some of the team and those who I took note of their names (some I didn't) Raj was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to ensure our needs were met, Mohammad Ali sous chef, the whole team in the all day dining that were and tastes restaurant that were super busy however really took the time to get all the details correct and last but not least Bini the duty manager that took care of all our queries and ensured the stay was perfect. I've just returned form a 10 night stay here with my wife, daughter, brother and his family (7 in total) and have to say - we were all totally thrilled with our experience. Rooms were extremely spacious and well maintained with excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Food was great, chefs often mingling with guests for feedback but all was great as far as I was concerned. Choice of food options was a little limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at but certainly not a huge deal. We were able to order kids menu meals from the buffet restaurant during lunch and dinner which was great. The Al a Carte restaurants were also great - we dined in all multiple times. Our favourite by a country mile was the Gonu resto located right on the beach front. There is a 60AED subsidy for each adult eating there if on an AI package and the seafood was amongst the best we've ever had. A tad on the pricey side for the amount of food provided (chef's recommended seafood platter) but we returned a few times to order multiple platters for our extended family throughout our stay, it was that good! We visited towards the end of Ramadan (which we were all unaware of) so there were some significant restrictions on food and drink services throughout our stay. I fully respect the traditions and beliefs of the locals and this didn't put too much of a taint on our stay, but it would have been nice to have received pool / beach lounger drink service and those drinking alcohol were restricted to the bars and restaurants only. The lack of a lobby bar was a first for us too. Not a fault of the hotel at all, but I will be raising this with my tour operator as we should have been made aware of these restrictions prior to booking. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and offered an unrivalled and personalised level of service. Everywhere I went, I was met with 'Hello Mr Dean - how are you / everything ok / anything I can do for you?' which always put a smile on my face :-) We had a few challenges during our stay but all were dealt with swiftly and efficiently so there is no need to go into detail. A few staff members worthy of recognition include: the main lifeguard (I think his name was Dennis, from the Philippines - apologies if I got your name wrong). He was a great guy and couldn't do enough for me or our family group. I hope your wife has a smooth and event free birth when your son arrives! I wish you and your little family all the very best for the future! Sreekanth was the man! He was a machine when it came to finding solutions to issues we encountered and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. Thank you for all of the effort you made throughout our stay - it was all truly appreciated! (By the way, I never received the bubbles in our room though - just my brother and his family ;-) - but no dramas at all! ) Another team member worthy of note is Ahmed the F&B Mgr - lovely friendly guy and always checked in with us to ensure everything was all good. Thank you very much for your efforts! If I was to offer any feedback for improvement, it would be as follows: mini bars being chargeable for AI guests was a little disappointing and not something we've ever encountered. Readily available kids food would be a great addition as standard. I appreciate there is a small kids food section in the buffet dining area but this is very limited - always a wait for kids to receive their meals. No availability of snack / hot food options around the pool area throughout the day as we're used to on 5* AI stays but in hindsight, this probably helped to limit the waistline expansion ;-) - More an issue for the kids. There was also no entertainment at all throughout our stay which is a first for us and quite unusual. I hope these points give food for thought from a seasoned global traveller in an attempt to make your future customer experiences even more positive. Overall, I was absolutely blown away by the entire holiday. We travel a LOT as a group and this will go down as one to certainly remember for a very long time. We had never visited a Beach hotel in Fujairah, so we thought of giving a try. We had booked for 2 nights including breakfast. There was no delay in check-in. We would like to appreciate Mr. Hosny who welcomed us with a smile. While the room was getting ready, we tried the special Buffet lunch at Views Restaurant. It was just ok for the price, maybe because our expectations were a bit high. We liked the sea facing room which was very spacious. Even toilets were spacious with separate areas for tub and bath. They have several activities for kids in a corner. A small area for badminton, table tennis etc. We had dinner in our room as we couldn't get a seat in two of their main restaurants till 9:30 pm. Breakfast buffet was nice and was predominantly an English breakfast. We couldn't spend much time in the beach as the sea water was a bit unclean at that time. We had the lunch on the second day from Gonu Restaurant. The grills we ordered were really nice. Even though the main course items in the menu of Gonu, Sopore and Thai were limited, whatever we ordered from all three restaurants were prepared very well. Appreciate the chefs. Breakfast buffet was almost the same on the second day as well. Check-out was smooth. We would like to appreciate Mr. Raj, Mr. Chami and Ms. Jeanette in the Views Restaurant. The chef Mr. Murshid was very kind enough to personally come to us and ask if everything was fine. We do appreciate the room service team including Mr. Amal who brought the food within an hour and temperature of the food was still perfect. Staff at the pool bar were really nice. Things we disliked in the hotel: • Reservations for table in main Restaurants. Guests with kids may find it difficult if they don’t get a table that too after spending this amount. • Overcrowded swimming pool. Better if Swimming pool etiquettes are displayed near the pool. • People simply keep the towel on the sun lounger in the morning and take it in the evening and claim it to be reserved for the whole day, which is really bad. They are supposed to allow other guests to use the sun lounger when they are not using the pool at that time. Unfortunately, the staff are unable to handle this issue. We really appreciate Mr. Pratap near the pool who was kind enough to get us a sun lounger. • Pool bar is for everyone and not just for a few people who just sit there with a drink for a very long time. It’s always nice to give the seat to another guest who has spent a similar amount to enjoy the amenities. • Sleep was not that comfortable, maybe because of the mattress. • Lifts could be a bit faster. • Wish they had a covered restaurant near the beach (Gonu) as it was tough to handle houseflies. • TV with streaming apps would have been better these days. Suggestions: Short visits during off peak time would be better if you are planning to visit with kids so that you could use the amenities well. Thanks. Read less

Perfect destination for an escape from city life and work. Amazing resort with large spaces of green areas , sport courses beautiful pool and a great beach, open on the Indian Ocean. The rooms are spacious, with very nice view on the sea. Several restaurants with a variety of food and high quality. Lot of water and beach activities are available including diving lessons. The best experience was also due to the outstanding staff who are very proactive and helpful. Starting from arrival check-in room service, waiters, lifeguards and every team member. I have noticed the management engagement with the team and their remarkable presence everywhere and with the guests checking that everything is going well. Special thanks to all team members and especially Sreekanth , Diaa,,Tonie, Bini, Rose, from Front desk and all concierge and restaurants team and chefs. Well done team! We will come back soon.
