We arrived early at 9.30am and we were given our room early and able to go to breakfast. Staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had a problem with the key cards to our room not working... Read more and eventually they moved us to an alternative room but upgraded us for the trouble which was great customer service. Breakfast at the hotel was top quality and a vast selection. Gluten free options available and although I am not coeliac was great as many hotels do not cater for well. The hotel is a bit further out but only 5 mins walk from the metro which is clean, efficient and easy to use and cost 11 dirhams return each. One day we got the shuttle bus which needs to be booked in advance to the beach club which had a good size pool and access to the beach on the palm. The pool on the top floor was ok but half was in the shade at certain times of day. The gym although we did not use was brand new and had good facilities. Would definitely return to this hotel.
