Grand Room Downtown City View (39 sqm) have views of Dubai's skyline, with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (1 extra bed provided), sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Half-Board option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 7 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Sushi, Peppercrab, Wox, iZ, Awtar.   

Half Board Dine Around option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai, there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 6 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Wox, iZ, Tiger Jax and Primi by Panini.

Creek View Family Rooms (44 sqm) with views of Dubai Creek and parklands, with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra bed provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Resort Room Downtown View (39 sqm) with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (1 extra bed provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Resort Family Rooms (44 sqm) have views of Dubai Creek with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra beds provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Grand Deluxe Suites are larger and also offer resort benefits* with 2 king-size beds (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.  

Grand Suites have a separate bedroom and living area and offer resort benefits* with 1 king-size bed (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

And we return again for second time in a year. Its an excellence choice of hotel for families. We love the greenery and the peacocks, birds, fishes went down well with kids. A big thank you to in-house team who had laid out a beautiful anniversary surprise for us. Staff are excellent as usual and can not do enough for you. On this occasion we did have breakfast in the various restaurants depending on what time we arrived down and how busy the Market place café was. If I was being very picky I would have to say breakfast selection is good however dinner buffet lacks the options. There were not as many options for vegetarians and this was the same last year however other aspects of hotel attracted us to booking here again. If we were late and if Market place was full for dinner we were told to go to the restaurant upstairs which housed the same menu however we were very disappointed to arrive to minimum choice of food – even less compared to what was served downstairs. Grand Hyatt has such a beautiful wow factor as you enter the atrium however on this occasion, I would have to say we were slightly disappointed. The large chandelier on entrance was all boarded/curtained up with scaffoldings and this remained like this for the duration of the 6 days we were there. And if that wasn’t enough the other glass light fixtures on the sides had similar closure a day later. Since we have come here before we know the beauty of this atrium however you can imagine what first impressions this would give to first time guests in hotel. Talking of construction the waterpark project is no-where near completion, not even close. From what I can see from window it looks like maybe the foundations and ground work has been laid out and now all the above work will commence. Looking at the design model on the hotels 3D model the plans look fabulous and will give the hotel a boost. The attached photos show how the finished project may look like on model. I think it will be a year or maybe 2 for that to be completed – I look forward to returning again once that’s finished. The pool area was clean and nice as usual - lots of sun beds. We would highly recommend Grand Hyatt and look forward to staying here again soon. Read less

We stayed for 4 nights as a stop over and we were impressed with the hotel and the standards of service offered. The staff are a credit in all areas of the hotel and work hard to maintain high standards. We opted for the dine around half board option and the food and service in all of the restaurants we tried was wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered everything you could want! Our room was large and modern, had everything we needed and had a very comfortable bed and pillows and was kept perfectly clean. The public areas of the hotel were well designed and impressive. It was easy and quick to get to and from the airport and taxis were readily available outside the hotel and it was good for a base to visit the other areas of the city. We walked to the nearest metro which was only about 10-15 mins walk. It is worth a visit to the Wafi Mall which is also within walking distance. We would definitely return and would recommend the hotel. Read less

They fully understood and were just ace! The hotel was very busy with families. Yet we were all very well taken care of too by Asme, Rajeev, Mayank, Abhi, Faiz, Mithun and Noyal. Couldn't have asked for more from across the whole staff group from housekeeping through to the guys on the door. Finally - although a corporate hotel which means you could be almost anywhere in the world - the rooms were large, clean and well stocked. And there is a fantastic breakfast spread (the French toast is a particularly highlight!) and great facilities. Highly recommend and would return. Read less
