We actually went to have dinner in Kitchen 6 wtih friends to celebrate a birthday. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was superb. There was even a complimentry cake for the celebrant. Also, appreciated concierge Rodel who was very helpful and pleasant. He assisted everyone in our different transportation. Had a good experience.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and Yousef continues to provide exceptional service going above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and have everything we need during our stay. Any issues he helps us to sort out or directs us to the correct person. He has a very high quality of service and excellent attention to detail. He checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was alright and that our rooms were prepared correctly for our arrival. Despite the heavy flooding in the region he made sure our check in and stay was still memorable and not disrupted. From the moment I arrived, Yousef went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, made all the better by a very helpful Bellman, Gourov, who went out of his way to help us with an airport transport problem. In fact, all the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and efficient.

Great stay. Thanks Gourav for the kind service. I like the room size and cleanliness. Their flexibility in service was good and easy to get a taxi. I will likely return to stay here again. Distance to multiple places was not too far as well. Look forward to it
