The hotel

Boasting some of Las Vegas’ finest rooms and suites after a $380 million dollar transformation, it’s easy to understand why. The accommodation is divided between four majestic towers with wonderful views of the Las Vegas Strip, the Spring Mountains and the hotel’s incredible pool. Then there's the Tank, as the swimming complex is known, comes complete with a shark tank, 3-storey waterslide and 13 private cabanas for hire. There’s also an infinity pool, aptly named The Hideout, which is strictly for adults only. Come sundown, Troy Liquor Bar is the place to be with a lively atmosphere, DJs and exotic cocktails. An incredible hotel with an incredible range of amenities, look out in particular for the Hand of Faith in the lobby - a 61-pound gold nugget found in Australia in 1980 with a metal detector just six inches below ground – now that’s Lady Luck at her finest!

I do not recommend staying here. The pool was the only nice thing here. Customer service was not great! My phone in my room did not work, and the shower water kept running and would not shut off. I made a complaint to front desk and they said I would not be charged incidentals and resort fee and was still charged!! I asked for a manager to call me… Read more

Gorgeous resort, staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. We love that the service matched the beautiful decor and vibrant location on Fremont. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve stayed here 3x in the last two years. I keep going back because we love the pool. There’s a giant fish tank in the middle of the pool so it feels like you are swimming with the sharks. The table games aren’t as expensive as the casinos on the strip. It’s right on Fremont so the location is excellent. It has chick fil A and Starbucks etc… Read more

Great hotel friendly staff. Elevators won't work unless you have a room key and only work for you particular tower; thought this was great as it helps prevents just anyone from going to the room floors. Security is tight, a homeless person started asking my father for money and quickly the security officer ran him off. There are homeless people… Read more

Elevators won't work unless you have a room key and only work for you particular tower; thought this was great as it helps prevents just anyone from going to the room floors. Security is tight, a homeless person started asking my father for money and quickly the security officer ran him off. There are homeless people hanging out on Fremont Street, especially at night, but the Golden Nugget Casino doesn't have an open area like other casinos in the area where anyone can just walk-in. Amazing experience with everything. Hotel lobby staff was amazing. Room was amazing. All hotel staff were a pleasure to interact with.
