I stayed here for 3 nights. This is an all Suits hotel and is connected to the Palazzo and also the Sands Conference halls. Watch out for the crowd you will find who come for the conferences. It is... Read more one of the most crowded hotels near the casino there is steady amount of traffic of people anywhere between 3000 to 30000, depends on what Conference is on. It is an all suits luxury hotel, the suits are good and was clean and sound proof. The passage was however was little old and had a smell of old carpet. But, was clean and well lit. The Gym was excellent and has instructors at disposal, it also had a wall for climbing. However, be ready to walk down a lot of stairs and when you are tired after the workout ready to walk up the stairs which is OK. Rest of the property is convenient to connect to the Fashion Mall through The Palazzo, or the strip, or the Venetian Shopping Mall, where you can have some excellent food and a Gondola ride. All are very artificial but then it gives you the taste of the real thing, which you would eventually get inspired to go in Venice. In all an excellent Resort to stay. Has in Room Printer, 2 TV's and a mini bar. Watch out for the mini bar and check if the items which are kept when you check are complete, they charged me an item which was not there when I checked in and I did not bother to check, I did not have time to go and get that corrected but, do not touch any of the minibar items or displace it from the place it is kept even if you do not intent to use it or take it. Has 2 TV's in room, if you are with family you can put a code for adult control and prevent children from tampering like buying or seeing adult content. Telephones are pathetic old and the wireless phones attached just did not work. Some of the furniture like drawers and the doors needed fixing. Read less
Was expecting more from this class of hotel! Was travelling with 2 kids for a 2 night stay. First room given was reeking ,of cigarette smoke. After requesting a new room which I must say they were... Read more very obliging we were given a room at the end of a very long corridor, it could not be further away from the lifts. This hotel has 7000 rooms and ours was the furtherest away! This made for lots of walking not that it matters that much but when you have children I think a room closer to the lifts would have been a better choice! Also they locked us out of the room our key only worked for 1 night not 2 so after a late night at a show came back to our room at the end of a very long corridor to find ourselves locked out! Not happy! We received no apologises for this inconvenience needless to say I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Read less
