Long time customer of Steve Wynn's old hotel and decided it was time to upgrade to The Wynn. It was a great decision. Besides the attention to detail in the rooms and the casino which you would... We checked in late, our room was no longer available, we got an upgrade instead. The room comes with two queen size bed instead of the requested King bed during booking. Since it was already... Read more upgraded, I guess two queen size bed wasn't that bad after all. The beds are very comfortable, perfect hardness. The lift lobby to the room was security guarded, you would have to present your room key (card) to pass. Its a 3mins walk from the reception area and about a 5 mins slow walk from the Wynn main entrance. The room was very spacious, very. Besides the two queen size bed, there was a big screen TV, working desk, sofa chair, and my favourite is always the floor to ceiling glass window with an unblock view to the golf course & horizon. Bathroom was very spacious as well, one thing to take note is that you have to request some of the things that are usually already present in other 5* hotels. Such as bathroom slipper. Bathrobe is a must to mention and to put it on, the inner fur-like texture is one of the most comfortable bathrobe out there offered by hotels and resorts. Especially when the bathroom is in marble floor setting and it can get really cold. Casino just right outside the lift lobby, same level as the reception. It is rather small than what I expected. They have a poker room that you can reserve a seat directly from the room and with a TV channel that shows how many tables are on-going and at what 'blinds'. I personally prefer the dinner buffet than the lunch buffer. You pay a little extra for dinner but you get a lot more than that in lunch. Such as snowcrab legs. One last thing, Wynn is located a little off the strip, took us 15mins - 20 mins walk to the strip area near Ballagio and etc. Prepare to walk. Read less
We have stayed in most of the Strip hotels over the years. The Wynn is at or near the top. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and comfortable. We had a view of the golf course and hills, which... Read more was lovely - to our taste, better than a view of the Strip. The fitness center, which I used, was quite good. As is the case with most of the big casinos, table minimums keep creeping up (it is hard to find even a $10 blackjack table). The one negative is the 'resort fee' of $25+, which, at these room prices, should be eliminated. Read less

Amazing Hotel with Extremely beautiful rooms. The view from the room was spectacular. Looked over the strip and had a view of the Canyon. As soon as I entered the room, the view just took me by a... Read more huge surprise. One of the best views I have seen from a room. with no walls just a full glass window. The hotel staff is very helpful and give great Service. We had booked 10 rooms and the hotel receptionist gave us all rooms on the same floor on request. He sat and assigned each room to each of our confirmations even though we had booked seperately. We also had a $150 room credit which we could have used on anything in the hotel except the Casino. We did not pay the daily resort fee, so wifi was not included and was charged $15 per person for 2 devices. They have an amazing club in their sister hotel the Encore called XS surely something to checkout. If you are a guest at Wynn or Encore, you can get priority entry and pre pay the cover at the concierge just go before (9 pm). A great Casino too with very beautiful decorations all over the hotel.
