Word of warning: have the concierge print your boarding pass for you - FREE!. I learned too late to ask the concierge to print the pass. Instead, I naively used the kiosk by the Wynn elevators and... Read more used my debit card. The :15 minute clock started ticking. Apparently, there was no paper in the printer, which is only a small slit in the counter under the computer screen and no paper could be seen even if it were in there. No way for me to access even if I had some copy paper in hand! I used the wall phone in the alcove and conveyed the issue to someone who took the last 4 digits of my debit card # and said I would receive a refund on my card. There has been no refund. Do not bother with these boarding pass areas at The Wynn, as requests on The Wynn's guest comments online for resolution have gone unanswered. Read less

The Wynn is my favorite Hotel in Vegas. Service is excellent. If you can stay on the tower side of the Wynn, its a better experience. The Wynn has lots of good places to eat and plenty of shops... I love these rooms. They thought of everything. Even though you don't spend a lot of time in the rooms with so much other stuff happening. I love the easy push-button instructions for the curtains... Read more (sheer & darkening), the thermostat (so easy to operate), bedside controls (don't even need glasses); alarm clock (mistake-proof) and even the hi-tech privacy-please/service please buttons instead of door hangers. Lots of awesome "A" casino and casino rooms out there, but it's the little things here that add up to an A++. Read less
