When comparing this with a couple of 3.5 star resorts that we have stayed in, our expectations were high and were not met. The staff was friendly, we ended up with 2 Queens instead of a King (hubby is 6'5" so this was not as comfortable) so that sucked. When I called down to change, they had none available and points for customer service, they comped breakfast as an apology. That part is all good. The staff was friendly. If I had been expecting a 2.5 or 3 star hotel, I would have been satisfied. My expectations, however, we higher. Read less
