We have stayed at a number of other hotels over the years in Anaheim and I enjoy this one if I can get it for a good price next time I'll be back. one thing to keep in mind that they do not... Read more communicate with you until you show up to check in they make you pay $100 cash or $40 a night on your credit card for each nights stay. This is even if you have prepaid for your room like we did, is refunded after your stay but it's ridiculous to have to pay, this so if you're on a tight budget I am planning on using that extra $40 times how many nights you there forget about it. also the parking cost is ridiculous but I did get a good price on the room through Groupon so it made up for the silly parking fee. also this new resort fee that hotels are coming up with to pay for things that used to be free such as wifi. (Wifi was great) of course that is Las Vegas is infamous for is now showing up in Anaheim. The rooms are very clean the staff was nice. very close to places to eat just be aware of the ridiculous $40 a night he the ad... Of course it is refunded ....but it's a pain Read less

Read more the cheapest option available. We didn't spend much time at the hotel at all this time around, but had much the same experience as last time. Nice rooms that are a little tatty around the edges, some great staff, and an easy walk to Disneyland. A great option for those who prefer more upmarket accommodation than some of the closer motels on Harbor. Read less
My husband, my 4 year and stayed at the Red Lion Hotel for a couple of nights visiting the Disney Parks. Hotel is situated in good location within walking distance from Disneyland. IHOP is next door... Read more and CVS pharmacy is across the street. Staff at the front desk not too friendly, but helpful. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds with nice linen, but it had extremely dirty windows outside, obscuring the nice view of the city. Swimming pool was nice and clean, but no hot tub. The parking was $15, and in addition to that we were charged a "resort fee"....Overall it's not a bad hotel and we did have a good stay...but them windows were so dirty we could barely see outside.. Hotel was nice looking inside and out, but that was about it. We arrived late at night (about 1 am) and we were so happy to finally get some sleep (so we thought). My wife and I brought everything... Read more in un-packed and finally got the kids to bed. We finally got to bed ourselves. 4:35 am rolls around and I hear an alarm cock thinking the guests next to us have to get an early start. NOPE, 5 minutes goes by and still going off. I call the front desk and after 7 rings still no answer. So I call back, finally 3rd ring and the front desk answers asking how they may help us. I let them know the situation and they said we need to check to see if there is a guest in there. Okay, well you should know just by looking at the reservation list. Anyways the alarm finally gets shut off. Well it woke the kids up so we got a rather early start to the day. We went to Disneyland and enjoyed the day for the most part. Second night we get our kids to bed and finally go to bed ourselves. 4:35 am rolls around again and the alarm is going off again. Seriously do the cleaners even check this or better yet does anyone know how to turn off an alarm? Call again and they turn it off. Went to hand in keys and all they ask is do you want the resort fee on the same card on file? Really? For future reference ask your guest how their stay was. If I absolutely had to stay here again I guess I would but would definitely go out of my way not to. Read less
