Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was one of the best experiences I ever had at a hotel resort. The front desk was very accommodating, polite, and informative. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade to one of the hotel's suites. Me and my family will book future stays at this hotel!

We used to come here often but this time was a let down. One room was Mountain View so we are looking at the parking lot, the other was Resort View so we see mountains but the only resort part we see are flat rooftops. It used to be we overlooked the actual resort - pool, meadow, etc. so that was a total letdown. Bathroom sink is so high it’s… Read more

It used to be we overlooked the actual resort - pool, meadow, etc. so that was a total letdown. Bathroom sink is so high it’s level with the top of my chest and I’m 5’1”. Makes washing my face awkward as I have to stand on my toes to lean over the sink. I’m not sure how a child would be able to use it. Views are extremely disappointing for price paid and number of days here. Read less

The service at the hotel is over the top amazing. It is by far our favorite hotel to stay at because of the hyatt people. We especially love the the transportation throughout incline village. The folks working the front make this experience. Housekeeping also superb. I cannot express enough gratitude to the team for making our stay so special.… Read more

I stayed at the Hyatt for the first time to do a little skiing at Diamon Peak. They do a great job for ski travelers. The service is wonderful. All the restaurants we tried were excellent (Cutthroats, Sierra, Provisions). They have ski lockers at the bell desk which makes it all easy. The rooms are ok. In need of a renno, but clean and mostly up to date. In our room the mattress was horrendous. So, check out your room when you get there and if you have an issue, call the front desk early. Great place, good room rate, but with the $29 self park fee and the daily resort fee - gets pricey fast. If you like to work out, the gym facility is phenomenal. This is a great place to go for all around health and wellness needs. Read less
