Recently, my usual NYC hotel was unavailable so I selected the Courtyard by Marriott/Midtown East as a backup - and it will now become my first choice. While the hotel itself isn't really that different from any other Courtyard, the staff was the difference maker. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone had a smile, a nice comment, or went out of their way to be polite. You don't see this level of service as often as we should, but they made the experience even better. Read less

Very pleasant and clean. It was very quiet, you could barely hear the outside noise. And the staff was very kind, especially Aixa. The gym was also great. I would come back anytime. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family and coworkers.
