Staying here for Coachella and love it so far! Coleman at the front desk was super friendly and made registration check-in quick and easy. The champagne was a nice touch. 🥂Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Coleman and Jay were awesome. All the ladies we met at the front desk were so caring with the shelter dog program - all of us wanted to take Clair home (a shelter dog) but to find out that Westin Palm Springs has helped find homes for 200+ dogs - you all should be super proud! Coleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative. He was very friendly and took care of all the issues we needed solved. The grounds were beautiful and the rest of the staff were great as well.

The property itself is gorgeous. Nestled in the mountains with perfectly manicured grounds. The staff was great. I’ll specifically bulging the cleaning staff for the rooms and Coleman was awesome. He provided history and information on the area and the drinks were great too.

On the map, my ground floor room in building 10 seemed less than ideal, but it happened to have a slightly protected patio. It looked out to the parking lot, but was relatively quiet, and the room’s location was convenient to the event and parking. The room itself was slightly dated, but clean and spacious and had two vanities. The cramped toilet room was claustrophobic though! The hotel was crowded for a conference which was bookended by Coachella (brilliant), so no surprise rooms weren’t ready when we checked-in. After waiting 1.5 hours, I downgraded my chosen room type just so I could get a room and rest after a long travel day. Otherwise, the hotel’s conference logistics appeared to be flawless and staff was friendly. On-site amenities are plentiful for adults and families. It’s a solid choice for a conference, but on my own I’d choose something more quaint closer to Palm Springs. Read less
