Deluxe Rooms are 300 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 queen-size beds or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Short stay and lovely hotel; However, there were a few callouts. Strike 1 staff tried to enter my room while I was still there. My room was made available earlier than the 3:00 PM check-in. I had to wait a bit which was fine, but then I got a call the room was available. 25 minutes or so a knock on the door, and rather waiting for me to reply and come to the door the man already used his key card to open the door. He said he was bringing water for the fridge. I appreciate that but that should have been done prior to me being told the room was available. I also don't like he didn't give me time to reply and come to the door before using card to enter my room- luckily I had the top lock on door, which was wiggly in the first place. I recall another review where the person woke up to see security at the door in his room because the television was loud in the room...that stuck with me! Second room service order- simple hamburger listed lettuce, onion, tomato... What I got was that and more : mushroom, ton of bacon, and a runny egg! I had to scoop off the egg and mushroom. I was too tired to make a fuss for a new order and solving why this was all on this order. Staff was pleasant but their were a few who seemed to display attitudes when asked simple query: where's the bathroom? Can I check my bag while I wait. Beautiful outdoor grounds! Read less

We enjoyed our stay at Omni Shoreham. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

On arrival, my bathroom was unclean and the toilet had been used (and not flushed). Following day, the sides in room and bathroom weren’t cleaned, glasses left dirty, bins not emptied and the coffee station/water was not refilled. I left a message for housekeeping in the morning for station refill (I cleaned the room myself), but eventually I went… Read more
On arrival, my bathroom was unclean and the toilet had been used (and not flushed). Following day, the sides in room and bathroom weren’t cleaned, glasses left dirty, bins not emptied and the coffee station/water was not refilled. I left a message for housekeeping in the morning for station refill (I cleaned the room myself), but eventually I went to front desk late evening to get some coffee. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, as are the concierge staff. Read less

We had a very good experience. Rooms were spacious and the food in the cafe was very good. Mr. Sheheryar at the Front desk was outstanding in resolving a billing discrepancy that arose. We received excellent service from him, and will be going back soon as a result.

Disappointing experience. Understand it is an older classic hotel but upkeep of the rooms is very lacking. Stained carpet. Pealing caulk in shower and a faulty electrical system that had to be replaced. Had multiple outlets not working or items unplugged without easy access. Clock/charger was unplugged. Disappointing experience. Understand it is an older classic hotel but upkeep of the rooms is very lacking. Stained carpet. Pealing caulk in shower and a faulty electrical system that had to be replaced. Had multiple outlets not working or items unplugged without easy access. Clock/charger was unplugged. Refrigerator that is enclosed in a very heavy credenza was unplugged rendering some chocolate snacks melted and drinks warm. Lamps unplugged. One outlet that had to be replaced in total because it was faulty! That was a two day affair. Celebs and presidents may have stayed here in the past but doubt they would want to now. Do better!
