Once you have made your booking

When you book online we will send you details by e-mail (if you have given us your e-mail address), and we will send you a Confirmation Invoice. Airport Lounge bookings must be paid for at time of booking. Then approximately 14 days before your departure, your lounge voucher will be sent to you.
