Frequently Asked Questions - General Information

• Prices are for attraction tickets only and no flights/accommodations are included. There is a booking fee per person of £1.00.
• You will be sent a confirmation invoice (and confirmation e-mail if address is provided). Your vouchers will be sent to the address provided approx 2 weeks before the start date selected below. Tickets cannot be ordered within 7 days of departure.
• You will not be sent park tickets but vouchers which can be exchanged at the park's front gate ticket booth. A photo ID will be required at time of exchange and the voucher will be valid for 60 days after the start date selected below.
• If purchasing by credit card, a 2% surcharge applies. There is no charge for using a debit card.
• Child ages are (3-9 inclusive). Child age should be on day of 1st use of ticket. Infants under 3 are free and do not need a ticket.
