Riptide
New at Adventure Island in 2006 is Riptide - Florida's only four-lane mat slide.
It's a competitive adventure like no other. Racers start at a height of more than
50 feet, twisting and turning through an enclosed tube, then continue their plunge
in open lanes towards a drenching finish.
Paradise Lagoon®
Paradise Lagoon, an oasis within Adventure Island®, features a 9,000-square-foot
pool, cliff-jumping platforms, waterfalls and a ropewalk.
Rambling Bayou®
Wind your way through the tropics and unwind on Rambling Bayou. You're guaranteed
a little rest and relaxation. This half-mile tube trip will take you through a
colourful rain forest featuring lush landscapes, tropical waterfalls, even rain
and fog.
Key West Rapids®
Accentuating Adventure Island’s® Caribbean theme is the six-storey Key
West Rapids water attraction. This super slide takes thrill-seekers down 700 feet
of twists and turns on inner tubes fuelled by gushing water and culminating with
a splashing finale into a 60-foot pool.
Wahoo Run®
An exhilarating 5-person river raft where you will encounter shoots down 6 storeys of drenching
twists, drops, back-to-back curves and turns. You’ll roar through spins
and spirals propelled by more than 10,000 gallons of water. Wahoo Run, the fastest
tunnel river raft in the world!
Splash Attack®
Splash Attack offers hours of drenching fun, with over 50 interactive water elements
and a 1,000 gallon bucket that tips water on unsuspecting guests.
Sand Volleyball
Serve up a great game of volleyball, Adventure Island® style with a 12-court beach
volleyball facility. Featuring the highest quality white sand and the amenities
necessary for professional level competition or just a friendly pickup game.
