According to legend, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park was created after a freak winter storm hit Florida! When temperatures returned to normal, snow turned to slush and slalom courses, bobsled and toboggan runs became downhill water slides. Home to one of the tallest slides in America, 'Summit Plummet' at 120ft!
This time a furious storm roared across the sea, leaving surfboards in trees and a ship stranded on a mountain by a giant wave! In the wake of this storm came Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park - with twisting rides and roaring rapids. Ride the waves at Surf Pool or plunge down Mount Mayday on one of 3 high-speed rides. For younger folk, Castaway Creek is perfect with gently flowing waters that wind their way on a tremendous 2,000ft journey through the park.
Downtown Disney Marketplace is home to shops, restaurants, street performers, a 22-screen movie theatre, the House of Blues and, of course, the biggest Disney store in the world! Bursting with life from morning to midnight, there’s plenty to keep every member of the family happy. Downtown Disney Westside is also home to Cirque du Soleil® La Nouba, a spectacular evening of entertainment for the whole family.
Disney's BoardWalk area contains more than 90,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Stroll along during the day to explore the unusual shops and restaurants. When the sun cools down, the nightlife heats up with street performers, food vendors, games and lots of live entertainment.
Look for the "Disney FASTPASS® Distribution" sign near the entrance of an attraction.
Check the "Return Time" displayed on the sign.
The sign will indicate the time you would return to enjoy the attraction using a FASTPASS ticket.
For attractions, the return time is a one-hour window (e.g., 1:10 p.m. to 2:10 p.m.), so you don't have to be there exactly at a given time. For shows, your return time will be for a specific performance.
If the return time is one that works for you, just insert your admission ticket into the Disney FASTPASS Service machine. (You may use your Walt Disney World Resort admission ticket, readmission ticket, Disney Resort Hotel keycard or Annual Passport.)
A FASTPASS ticket will emerge with your return time printed on it. Now you're free to go and enjoy the rest of the theme park!
Go back to the FASTPASS ticketholder entrance when your return time rolls around, show your ticket to the Cast Member and enjoy the attraction with a minimal wait.
