Lost Tickets
If you lose your flight ticket at any stage during your holiday, it is essential that you inform your local Virgin Holidays representative immediately. Virgin Atlantic currently charge £80 per ticket locally for lost tickets and re-issues, following a change in date or routing.
All airlines have varying policies, so if you lose your ticket for any other carrier you may be required to pay anything from a re-issue fee up to the cost of a new ticket.
We suggest you check your insurance policy for lost tickets and obtain the necessary paperwork required in the event of a claim.
