Airport hotel
Hassle free holidaying
If you are travelling a long distance to get to the airport, or simply want
to start your holiday as you mean to go on, get off to
a relaxing start and stay near the airport the night before your flight.
The hotel offered will be of a minimum three star standard, on a room only
basis and will have at least one bar and restaurant on site. Accommodation
is available at selected hotels at London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Manchester
airports and all hotels on offer will run a transfer service to and from the
nearest airport. The benefit entitles you to one room, sleeping a maximum
of 4 people, although family rooms may be available on request.
Staying nearby means you can take advantage of Virgin Atlantic’s twilight
check in and avoid the check in queues at the airport. This service is
available between noon and 9pm the night before you fly, from London Gatwick
only. You can then turn up at the Gate at least 50 minutes prior to departure
with your boarding pass. It really is that easy and a real bonus if you're
on an early morning flight, or travelling with kids.
Car Parking
Free parking doesn’t come along very often
Paying extra for airport parking is always a drag. As a Frequent Virgin
Club member, if you choose this benefit, we’ll pick up the tab for
you!
You are entitled to a maximum of 16 days free car parking, for one car,
at an offsite car park, located at London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Manchester
airports
All car parks on offer will be between 5-15 minutes transfer time from the
nearest airport and all cars will be parked in a secured compound for the
duration of the holiday. All bookings will include a free transfer to and
from the airport.
Executive Transfer
Take the pressure of your journey and travel to the airport in style
Start your holiday from your own front door with our personalised airport
transfer service. We provide the services of a uniformed Chauffeur and Executive
Car to remove the stress of travelling to and from the airport.
You arrive in good time and without the parking worries. On your return,
even if the flight is delayed and you are feeling tired, our driver will
be waiting for you.
Virgin Holidays offer a free airport transfer for the first 50 miles travelled
each way. Any additional miles will attract an excess payment which
will be advised at the time of booking and will be payable by you.

Getting to the airport by coach is easy. Wherever you are and wherever
you want to go, National Express can take you there. All you have to
do is sit back, relax and enjoy speedy coach travel to Heathrow, Manchester
or Gatwick airports.
The coach takes you to the heart of the airport, so you don’t have
to worry about additional transfer times, on foot or via bus. National
Express operate a 24/7 service on many routes and with a 24 hour traffic
control centre, ensure you arrive on time, ready to check in for your flight.
As a Frequent Virgin Club member, you are entitled to a complimentary return
coach journey on the National Express network in Mainland England, Wales
and Scotland, for up to 4 people (adults and/ or children).
