How do I become a member?
You must have booked a minimum of 2 holidays within a 4 year period with a
total spend of £6,000 or more.
How will I know if I am a member?
If you have been invited to be a member then you will receive a letter from
us within 1 month of booking your Virgin Holiday.
Can my whole family be members?
The membership is open to people over 18years, the household will receive one
membership number and card for the whole family.
Will I get a membership card?
Membership cards will be issued per household once you have qualified for the
frequent virgin club.
I should already be a member?
For problems of issues with your membership please call 0844 5573895 and adviser
can check thos for you.
When do I get my benefits?
Benefits can only be applied once you have qualified for the Frequent Virgin
Club and received your membership card.
Can they be added to holiday just booked?
Your benefits cannot be added to your existing booking but they can be added
to any new bookings made after your qualifying booking.
