We know that no matter who we are, we will all face challenges at some point and that’s why we have an experienced and dedicated team of knowledgeable staff who will help you, your friends and family to Unleash your Mojo!

We’re integrating our accessibility and specialist services so that you can read about them in more detail in each relevant section of the website. Whether you have mobility restrictions or medical requirements, don’t worry – we’ve thought about it.We offer a wide choice of accessible properties* which are regularly audited and we have a limitless supply of information regarding adapted car hire*, accessible transfers*, medical and mobility equipment hire* and much more all at our fingertips.

And, don’t forget, our pre-bookable Beach Wheelchairs* which have been rolled out into the Caribbean - whatever your mobility needs, you don’t need to miss out on being at the beach and dipping your toes into the Ocean.

When you’re looking through the website, look out for the wheelchair user symbol which highlights properties that offer wheelchair accessible rooms. These rooms are subject to availability and may only be available in specific room categories with varying bedding arrangements. Please request this at the time of booking.

And for hotels which don’t offer wheelchair accessible rooms, but offer good general access for those with less mobility and able to manage approximately six steps look out for our man with stick symbol.

When flying with Virgin Atlantic, the following services can also be arranged through the Virgin Atlantic Special Assistance Department:

  • Oxygen (at no extra charge)*
  • Body support/travel chairs*
  • Neck loops, DVD players with subtitled films and proficient signing crew can be requested*
  • Seating requests - please note that international regulations do not allow us to allocate exit seats unless passengers are 100% fit, and bulkhead seats are usually reserved for families with infants.

*Please note the above services are subject to availability and some are at an additional cost.

These chairs allow guests who have walking difficulties or are wheelchair users easy access onto the beach and into the ocean.
