Virgin Holidays guests, as part of your package holiday to the Caribbean.
It allows you to soak up the last drop of Caribbean sunshine!
Once in resort check with our resort teams who
will explain your local Check In Chill Out
procedure.
On your day of departure, turn up at
the Check In Chill Out location, at the specified
time with all members of your party, your passports, tickets,
departure tax (where applicable) and all your check in luggage.
Virgin Atlantic will then check you in from the
comfort of your hotel, give you your boarding
card and take your bags in a secure van to the
airport. All you have to do is then is pick your
favourite lounger by the pool, order a cool drink
and ensure you are at the airport 60-90 minutes
prior to departure. If you have pre-paid transfers
your departure pick up time will coincide with
this service and ensure you arrive at the airport
at the appropriate time.
This service is available at selected hotels in Barbados,
Antigua,
Tobago,
Grenada
and St
Lucia. Simply look
for the Check In Chill Out icon on participating hotel pages.
Please note, guests who decide not to use the pre-booked transfer that coincides with the Check In Chill Out service, will not be refunded the transfer cost.
