Your tickets will be sent at least 2 weeks prior to departure or you will collect them from the airport if you book within 2 weeks. Don't forget your passport! Online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail and later in writing.
Special Requirements
For passengers who need airport assistance or have medical requirements, please call us after you have bought your holiday to make any necessary arrangements (we require at least 48 hours notice prior to departure).
Seat Assignment
If you are flying with Virgin Atlantic you can pre-book
your seats on their website.
DIY Check-in
Check in just got a whole lot easier! You can check in and pick your own seats before you leave home. From 24 hours to 2 hours before your flight is due to leave you can check
in online.
Amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to an existing booking, such as a change
in passenger names or contact details, upgrading flights or accommodation,
or even to view an invoice or make a payment, please visit our self-service
area.
