Disconnection Therapy

Here at Virgin Holidays we firmly believe that the annual holiday is one of the most important times for families and loved-ones to interact and relax together.

Because of this we have worked with certified behavioural expert and life coach Pete Cohen, peak performance coach to among others Ellen Macarthur and Roger Black, to offer you free Disconnection Therapy.

Disconnection Therapy is a straightforward way of cutting the ties with your work life before you leave for exotic, more exciting locations. The aim is to help you disconnect allowing a better mind set to re-coup, recharge your batteries and get the most out of your time on holiday.

The Disconnection Therapy programme has been compiled into a series of vodcasts which can be viewed online AND downloaded for use whilst on the move (for example through a video ipod).

These vodcasts are split into six categories each working through some of the best steps you can take to ensure you are:

• Disconnected from work before your leave (not four days into the trip)
• Ready to enjoy your holiday to it's fullest
• Prepared to reconnect back to reality upon return (avoiding a sluggish start back)

To start, simply click on the first vodcast below, working your way through the six step Disconnection Therapy programme.

You can view the vodcasts as many times as you wish, passing to friends/family or whomever you feel needs to disconnect.
