monthly instalments by direct debit, or paying online
- You can also manage your booking online - upgrading your car
hire or flights, adding attraction tickets or changing your details,
and itinerary. There are also hints and tips on making the most of
your holiday
- Before you fly to the USA and you have booked direct, our local resort
staff will phone you to answer any questions you have about planning
your time away, and allow you to pre-book attractions and experiences
for during your stay. This New Service is loved so much it is being
rolled out across the Caribbean this year.
- You’ll get a Essentials guide with your tickets which covers
important facts about your destination, and what you need know
- Virgin Holidays representatives are in many of our leading resorts
to offer local knowledge and reassurance throughout your stay. We also
supply a 24 hour emergency line for contact to our Reps throughout
your stay. In other destinations we have trusted local reps with whom
we’ve worked for a number of years, to offer you local assistance
- We promise what we preach - commitment to get it right first time. Our
highly Trained Staff are empowered to resolve any issues you have quickly
and swiftly.
- All our packages are CAA bonded which means we’re committed
to bringing you home if there is a problem whilst you’re away.

Services for Disabled Travellers
Our award winning Customer Care team offer a dedicated service to disabled
holidaymakers. Our brochures highlight accommodation best suited for wheelchair
access and those with reduced mobility, and we offer accesible transfers,
vehicle hire, medical equipment hire, theme park and excusrions accessibility
information. And we can arrange additional inflight services with Virgin Atlantic
to meet disabled traveller needs – from tactile safety demonstrations
to inflight oxygen supply at no extra charge.

We offer a wide range of wedding packages at great value for money, and we
aim to make sure your wedding and holiday are packed full of magical memories
and go with a swing. Here are just some of the reasons why you should book

- We have up to three weddings packages for each location in our brochure,
so you can choose what’s right for you. We also cater for honeymoons,
commitment ceremonies, anniversaries and renewal of vows. From
simple, intimate ceremonies at small island hideaways, to elaborate
parties for all your family and friends at 5V Platinum hotels.
- Best Destinations
- Our beach destinations include the sunny Caribbean with its lush
tropical vegetation and the Indian Ocean with its idyllic white
sands. In the USA we have the warm Florida shores, or magical Disney
settings, the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas and fast-paced New
York City. For something different – South Africa allows
you to add a safari feel to your celebration. Or there are floating

or choose a simple package and leave it all until you arrive. We
offer Premier Packages with UK airport lounge access, and we have
special little extras such as indulgent airport limo transfers
and Champagne and chocolates available on your flight. We offer
flight upgrades on all routes, and even special wedding insurance
to cover the wedding arrangements. On top of all that, our specialist
Weddings team offer a tailor-made service to add any unique touches
