Sorting out your seat
PLEASE READ (VERY IMPORTANT!)
For Virgin Atlantic flights only:
A limited number of seats are available for advanced seating from 336 days
before your return flight to 24 hours before your departure. To request your
seats visit www.virgin.com/atlantic.
Be sure to have your Virgin Holidays booking reference to hand to retrieve your
booking and access the seat map. Seats in exit rows can only be allocated at
check-in and then only to passengers over 16 who are physically fit!
Bulkhead seats are reserved for those requiring a sky cot for infants under
12 months. To reserve a bulkhead seat please call Virgin Atlantic on 0871
231 0231 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm).
Twilight Check in
This service is available between noon and 9:00pm at Gatwick and allows you
to check in the night before your flight - located at Virgin Atlantic's check
in desks (Zone A, South Terminal).
DIY Check in Kiosks
If you'd still prefer to check in at the airport, Virgin Atlantic has fantastic
Kiosks at London Heathrow airport. You can check in using the self-service kiosks
up to 1 hour before your flight is due to depart.
DIY Check in* Online Service
Just go to www.virginatlantic.com/diy - It allows you to beat the queues and
check in from home any time between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure.
*This service is available to all Virgin Atlantic passengers except: unaccompanied
minors; young persons travelling alone; customers required by Virgin Atlantic
to see a member of staff before checking in; some customers booked as part of
a group or corporate group; customers checking in firearms; customers who are
already checked in.
Airport Hotels - Book online
Why not start your holiday the night before by staying in an airport
hotel? We can offer a number of hotels close to the Gatwick, Heathrow and
Manchester airports.

course nearly every month. It has proved very effective in conquering people's
fear of flying. It's conducted in a simulation aircraft - you can even have
an in-flight meal!

Payments Online
You can pay some or all of the remaining balance off online. All you need
to access your booking is an invoice. You can also check your previous payments
