Brochure prices
The number of rooms and flight seats available may be capacity controlled. The prices shown are therefore subject to availability.
Pricing conditions
Prices are per person based on a minimum of 2 adults (unless where stated)
sharing a room. Prices include car hire or transfers (unless where stated - see individual hotel/cruise price panel). For car hire details and car grade allocations - please see pages 20-12.
Infants
Infants (0-1 years) pay a flat price of £99 plus any additional cruise supplements. Please note that they share a flight
seat with parent/guardian. You may request a SkyCot at the time of booking (for
those under 12 months) - limited availablity. Should your infant celebrate their
2nd birthday whilst on holiday, a combined infant and child price will apply. Infants are not provided with any meals on the aircraft or in hotels. A small charge may apply locally for a cot.
Child prices
Applicable for ages 2-11 years when sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults. Child
Prices are for length of stay unless otherwise stated. Child extra night prices are per child per night. Please note, 1st child price is only applicable to 1st child in each booking.
Teen prices
Applicable in Florida (ages 12-16) when sharing a room with a minimum 2 adults.
In general, teen prices are for length of stay.
3rd/4th Adult sharing
These price discounts (where quoted) are quoted either per adult per night
or shown as fixed discounts for the duration of stay. Valid for 3rd and 4th
adult only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
Extra night prices
Allow you the flexibility to create your own holiday. The extra night prices
are not valid for accommodation-only bookings. prices are quoted per person
per night and DO NOT include car hire or transfers. The extra night prices are not valid for accommodation only bookings.
Single supplements
Prices are quoted per person per night and are in addition to the base prices shown. In the case of tailor-made holidays, the extra night prices are based on 2 adults sharing a room and should therefore be doubled if the room is occupied by only 1 person. See our selected single parent hotels where single supplements on package holidays only do not apply.
Flydrive prices
Prices are per person. Single Supplements apply, please see individual price panels.
Cruises
Cruise programmes are quoted per person based on 2 adults sharing a cabin. These prices exclude airfares. To package with flights, either add to the flydrive prices or see the cruise and stay options where accommodation, flights and car hire/transfers are included within your itinerary.
Twin and multi-centres
Prices quoted per person based on 2 adults sharing a room.
Meal/Gala Supplements
Where stated, are per person per night.
Peak Season Supplements
Where stated, are per room per night.
Flydrive Prices
Prices are per person, based on 2 people sharing and include a week's car hire. £19 single supplement applies.
Houses, Suites and Apartments
Prices are quoted as accommodation only. Please add relevant flydrive prices to package (some minimum stay restrictions apply)
Price match guarantee
At Virgin Holidays we’re dedicated to providing the best value-for-money holidays.
We constantly monitor our prices and those of other tour operators to ensure
that our prices are the best available. If, within 14 days of booking your holiday with
us, you can supply a copy of a brochure, or a written quote from any other ABTA
Tour Operator holding an ATOL licence, offering an identical holiday which is
available for the same dates at a lower price than you have paid us, we will
either match the lower price, or offer you a full refund of all monies paid
and cancel your reservation, subject to the following conditions:
Attraction ticket lowest price guarantee
If, within 14 days of booking your Virgin Holidays’ package holiday with
an attraction ticket, you find the identical attraction ticket with another
UK ABTA/ATOL Ticket Broker, Tour Operator or Travel Agent at a lower price,
we will match that price. This price guarantee applies to WALT DISNEY WORLD
tickets, Orlando FlexTickets™, Universal Orlando® Resort, Busch
Gardens® and SeaWorld® tickets ONLY and is not valid on any other
tickets. This guarantee only applies to attraction tickets booked at the time
of making your holiday reservation and does not apply to tickets subsequently
added onto your booking. The lower price tickets must be available to book,
in order for us to be able to match that price. In order to qualify for this
offer, you must submit in writing, your claim within 14 days of making your
package holiday booking.

Unused services
Please note that we do NOT refund unused services. Any voluntary changes made by you while
on holiday will incur additional charges.
Swimming Pools
Wherever we have stated that swimming pools are heated, kindly note that pool heating is as required by weather conditions - we don't want you to overheat!
