You can book most of our holidays online securely 24 hours a day. If you just want to check
availability or get a price for your holiday, you follow the same steps as 'Booking Your Holiday' below. You are
not committing to booking a holiday until you enter your credit/debit card details.
Booking Your Holiday
If you know roughly what you want, and when you want to go, the quickest
and easiest way to check what we have to offer is from the search form
on our homepage. Using this form you can enter all the details of what
you would like, and we will show you what is available and give you
a price straight away. The tabs on the left hand side of the form let you
search different types of booking.
Booking Types
Complete holiday: This searches for complete packages including flights and
accommodation.
Flydrive: This searches for flight and car packages.
Hotel only: Search just for a hotel.
Multi-centre: Create a 2,3 or more stop holiday. You will
be asked to pick the number of stops you want, where you want to
stay, and for how long.
Ski & Snow: This searches for flight and accommodation
packages to our ski destinations. You will be given the option to add lift
passes and equipment hire to your booking.
Browse our destinations
Alternatively - maybe you want to look around! From the homepage you can
also use our map to browse to different destinations where we can give
you more information. Once
you have found a destination or hotel you like the look of, there will
be a search form on the left-hand side of the page where you can enter
your dates and party size and see what is available.
If you find what you are after, just hit 'Book Now' to start our simple booking
process. Here you will be able to confirm your room type, your flights
and add any excursions or car hire you might want.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as
they are being sent back and forth across the Internet.
Payment
Payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details
as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet. Please note for payment by credit card there is a surcharge
of 2.5% (no charge for debit card). This will be automatically added to your booking.
Children/Teens
We have some excellent child prices throughout this website and these are shown in the price panel.
We have not included child prices on some of our tours as we do not feel that they are suitable for
children. However, should you wish to take your child on a tour then we will provide a price. To
qualify for the child prices, children must be between 2-11 years of age and sharing a room with
2 adults using existing bedding.
Documents
Your tickets will be sent at approximately 14 days before departure or you will
collect them from the airport if you book within 2 weeks. Don't forget your passport!
Online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail (if e-mail address is provided) and
later in writing.
Special Requests
If you have special needs (e.g. wheelchairs) or wish to order a special meal
please call us after you have bought your holiday (please note we need at least
48 hours notice prior to departure). If you want to pre-book your seats on Virgin
Atlantic please call 0871 222 0050 (Mon-Fri, only available
within 180 days of departure). Please read our Booking

Once you have made your booking
When you book online we will acknowledge receipt by e-mail if you have given
us your address, but we confirm the booking by sending you a Confirmation Invoice.
Bookings made 12 weeks or less to the departure date must be paid for at time
of booking the reservation. For all other bookings, the Balance is to be paid
12 weeks before departure (unless otherwise stipulated). After we have received
payment of the Balance and approximately 14 days before departure, a summary
of your Insurance Policy (if you have taken ours), air tickets, travel information,
joining instructions, and luggage labels will be sent to you.
