How to book your dream holiday online
Step 1 - Select your departure details and duration
From a hotel or resort page click on 'Check availability and prices' and select your departure airport, duration and number of people in your party, including any child ages.
Click on 'Find Holidays' and we'll search our very latest availability
Step 2 - Select
You'll then see a list of availabile hotels matching your details, if you'd rather see all the hotel on a map, just click on 'View on map' under the hotel resort image.
Find a holiday that looks interesting and click 'Continue'
Not for you? then click 'back' on your browser and return to the search results
Step 3 - Resort Details
Here you can learn all about the hotel you're interested in
Like what you see? Then click on 'Book this holiday'
Still deciding? Then hit click 'Go back to your search results' or start again by clicking 'Change your search'
Step 4 - Hotel Options
Here's where you can see the types of rooms on offer. You can decide how many rooms you want and see any supplements that may apply.
You can also select your Board Basis on this page.
Step 5 - Flight Options
Here's where we tell you about your flight! If there's availability on more than one flight you can view the timings and details.
You can also upgrade your flight here. If you are flying with Virgin Atalntic, our virtual guide will talk to you about the different flight class options available to you.
Step 6 - Passenger details
Enter all the names of everyone travelling with you, including dates of birth.
Please ensure all spellings are EXACTLY the same as on your passport
Step 7 - Itinerary and Extras
Here you can choose whether you want to take a transfers to your accommodation, or if you would like to hire a car.
You can change the type of car and length of hire by clicking 'Change Car Options'. We then give you a list of all the different types available to you, and give you an idea of the size of car we recommend for your party.
Step 8 - Excursions and Attraction Tickets
Under the car hire section you'll see the 'Choose your extras here' box. By clicking 'Select' here we'll show you a list of all available excurions! Simply select your experience, enter the number of adults and children in your party and click 'continue'
Step 9 - Payment
So you've chosen your holiday? If you are booking outside 12 weeks of departure we only need a deposit of £175 per person to confirm your booking. If you are booking within 12 weeks we'll need to take full balance

Step 10 - Confirm your details
Happy with everything? We'll show you the full details of everything you've selected. Simply review to ensure everything is correct, add your card details and click 'Make Your Payment'
Step 11 - Book your holiday
You'll then see our secure payment page, simply add your details knowing our online booking uses world class SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the internet making it safe and secure.
Step 12 - Confirmation email
That's it!! You've booked your holiday!
You'll see a confirmation page, with your booking booking reference detail and very shortly you'll get an email from Virgin Holidays with the full details of your holiday!
