Travel insuranceTravel insurance - About your policy

Important information about your policyImportant information about your policy

All of the sections of cover are subject to the terms and conditions of the policy wording. It is very important to read your policy wording carefully to make sure that the cover is suitable for you. The wording gives full details of what is and is not covered and the conditions of cover. If you would like to read the full policy wording, see below.

This insurance contains restrictions regarding pre-existing medical conditions affecting you, the people you are travelling with and other people on whom the trip depends.

There are conditions and exclusions, which apply to the sections of cover as well as the whole policy. There are limits that apply to sections of cover, some sections require inner limits such as single article limit and valuables limit within the personal possessions section.

Excesses apply to some sections of the standard policy.

Reasonable care must be taken to protect yourself and your property, as you would if you were not insured.

We will always endeavour to offer all our customers the highest levels of customer service. However, in the event that you are unhappy with the service, there is a complaints process in place.

If within 14 days of taking out your policy you decide it doesn't meet your needs, you can return it and get a full refund, as long as you have not travelled or registered a claim or intend to make a claim under this policy.
