Ticket Information
Please find below the destination you are travelling to and the date that we are
currently in the process of despatching your documents, please note that where
we have issued an e-ticket, this will be included in your travel documents and
will need to be taken to the airport to enable you to check in.
You can also check to see if your tickets have been dispatched by going to
manage your booking
Caribbean - 13 - 14 days prior to departure
Canada - 10 - 11 days prior to departure
Australia and New Zealand - 10 - 11 days prior to departure
Far East - 10 - 11 days prior to departure
Middle East including Dubai - 10 - 11 days prior to departure
Africa - 10 - 11 days prior to departure
For all bookings made within 10 working days of departure, documentation will
be available from your departure airport. For all bookings made outside 10 days,
all travel documentation will be sent in the time scale above.
