The weeks leading up to that much-anticipated holiday are when the excitement
about the trip really kicks in. Virgin Holidays, definitely blessed with local
experts in multiple destinations, is pleased to share their insider tips with
its customers.
In collaboration with their friends at Rough Guides, Virgin Holidays has compiled
three destination guidebooks that customers will receive with their travel documents.
Passengers travelling to California & Las Vegas, Africa and the Indian Ocean
will receive a 60-page book approximately two weeks before their departure to
start planning the finer details of their holiday.
The Rough Guides include hints on how to be a responsible traveller, top tips for the destinations, must-see locations, activities and fold-out maps. Also included are a few handy phrases and how to tackle difficult pronunciations. Helpful anecdotes from Virgin Holidays' staff in the locations provide expert insight in getting the most out of a destination.
Virgin Holidays customers travelling to California & Las Vegas, Africa and the Indian Ocean can look forward to receiving their complimentary Rough Guide from May 2008. Further destinations are expected to be added later this year.
