Register & Sign In Help
Registering
To register, click on the Sign in link in the header. This will open the sign in panel. Click on the Register Now link below the sign in button.
Complete the registration form with your desired username, a valid email address - needed so you can send your searches and hotels to friends and family - and a password.
You can read our Terms & Conditions by clicking the link beneath the Register button.
Finally, tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions and click the Register button.
When you first register you will be automatically logged in.
Signing in
To sign in to your research tools click the Sign in link in the header.
This will open the sign in panel. Enter the email address and password you set up when you registered and click the Sign in button.
If you've forgotten your password, click the Having trouble signing in link and we'll send an email to your registered address to let you reset the password.
A note about privacy
At Virgin Holidays we are committed to protecting your privacy online. You email address and password will only be used
